Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes behind 1 car. I gave up and left. When I looked through the drive thru window on my way out, the girl was one her phone. Last time I was here both my drink orders were super messed up. Would avoid this location

Food was good I got donuts for my sisters and a frozen coffee, food was really good but they were very rude and seemed like they would rather die than have a conversation, they seemed pissed off that we even came in in the first place and half of them stared at us like we were aliens. They clearly lack training and even intelligence and all need to be replaced, this is not a Dunkin problem it’s an employee problem. They also threw all our donuts upside down in the bag, they were still good but come on dude really? I didn’t even bother ordering a sandwich they probably would spit in it

Horrible service, extremely rude, staff does not even speak other than taking order, bathroom looked like someone got murdered and you probably could Contract hepatitis if you sat on the seat. All the staff should be fired. Have been there a dozen times or more and nothing has changed.

i’m not one to post reviews but i feel like i have to for this place. the food and coffee will always be so good. but the employees here are genuinely the most miserable unfriendly unwilling to help people I have ever been exposed to in my entire life. like what is the hiring process? they need to be trained in “human decency” i think. otherwise, i will keep coming here because the food and coffee is great.

I frequent this location as it is close to home but each visit the service is awful. It is very obvious the staff lacks adequate training, especially the girls who work in the evening. There is absolutely no reason I should have to wait more than 5 mins for my order. There is a middle aged guy who works in the mornings and is the only one who knows what is going on there. Also, there is a bigger girl who works in the mornings who is very rude. It is completely inappropriate that her belly should be showing also.

We could see the cashiers skin (belly), 99% of staff were rude and talking about personal stuff behind counter. Lady was VERY rude about NOT giving military discount. She added a comment that was rude about none of the locations should give military discount. If I could put a zero star rating I would for this restaurant.

A drive through is supposed to take 5 minutes, MAX. I sat in the drive through line for 25 minutes waiting for a mobile order placed 10 minutes in advance.
I know they get busy but don't act like you hate your job or customers, or find a job away from people.

After being told how much this place sucks and going to it 3 seperate times and hours. I will never come to this dunkin donut again. Donuts and food thats days old and rock hard. Drinks made with no fux or care. Apparently a frozen mocha is just a hershey syrup packed coffee and for the price you pay, the quality sux. Hershey syrup is not mocha!!! You really must be training and paying your employees shiz for it to be this bad for this long. Good luck

I’ve never encountered more silly people in a single Dunkin establishment. I ordered a blended coffee drink and got a liquid coffee with chipped ice.Oh and they don’t take Amex.
