It’s hard to want to return to a place that you think should just do the bare minimum. They constantly mess up simple orders. I understand if a place is to mess up and order if it is busy or something else is going on. I just always feel like it’s never busy here And there’s no care in the world for the order that they are working on.

The joke of an establishment this location is absolutely pathetic. This place is ran by young teens who clearly need some training…..when I asked for Katchup she had to ask someone else if they even had Katchup there… never gave me my doughnut for my mobile order I had to ask for it…… should just close this location

I stopped at this location everyday after work the past 2 months and will say that every single time I've tried ordering food they don't have any left and 50 percent of the time they don't have all the ingredients for all their drinks either so I always end up at tim hortons instead. Really not worth the drive.

I swear to you that it is getting worse day by day because of the change of staff and every day a new worker and the demands on you are getting worse Nothing as it used to be Unfortunately you have to put experienced workers and this is not my comment only this is the talk of everyone around me exclusively this branch
I would consistently go to this Dunkin & never had any issues. However, the recent workers have terrible service and attitude... I was considerate the first couple times, but now I think they need to be checked. I don't think they have the professionalism level to serve customers like this. God bless them.

If I could rate this place a 0/5 I would. The employees here are rude, inconsiderate, and clearly do not want to be there. My friend wanted to order a sandwich and the employee said, “my ovens are off” and when I asked for a different food item he repeated “my ovens are off” in a very rude manner. If I’m coming to a fast coffee/food place I would at least expect to be able to order some sort of food so that threw me off immediately. I also wanted to tweak my coffee order a bit because I wanted it less sweet but that seemed to be very difficult for the employee to do. After a very negative encounter at the drive thru, my friend and I left and went to a different Dunkin’ Donuts location because they were SO unpleasant. Will NEVER go there again and HIGHLY do NOT recommend.

We stop here each time we head into Erie. This time was different. The person taking orders at drive-thru was absolutely so rude. Because we didn't know a certain drink was a signature drink, and he literally was angry we didn't know. Pulled up to the window, and it was another man taking payment and handing us our drinks. He was very pleasant and smiling. BOOM, our order was wrong. They did fix it, and it was actually one of the best coffees I've had from there. I know yall have some rough days, but try and keep the peace and I'll try and learn your menu better. 👌

Go to any other Dunkin . You’ll be lucky if you don’t have to wait 5 minutes before having an employee ask for your order at the drive through . This is quick service coffee, not 10 minute wait coffee.
