They didn’t even put cold foam or the cookie crumbles that comes with it until i was given it and until I said something about it . You can see the line on how much it’s filled up without the cold foam on top .

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the city of Erie. This is the only one that gives me an issue about light ice in my refresher every time I ask for light ice they give it to me and it’s completely full with ice. They’re the only ones that give me an attitude about making my drink a little bit sweeter and this is the only one that I have to ask for them to make the refresher a little bit sweeter because they don’t put enough of the syrup in there any other time I don’t have to ask any of the other Duncan because they actually put the amount they’re supposed to in there. This is the only one that gives me an issue and when I asked them to fix the problem, they don’t want to.

this dunkin is absolutely terrible.. everytime i go i ask for less ice so i can actually enjoy my drink for more then 5 sips and never seem to get it. coffee is expensive and very good, but like i said id like to get more then 5 sips out of a medium coffee. never get greeted correctly and always takes forever for one drink to be made even when not busy for some reason.. yall are messing w a pregnant girls coffee and i don’t appreciate it😂

I try to avoid this dunkin at all costs. The employees never greet you, never double check your order etc. I mobile ordered an iced coffee and i always get cold foam, the first time they didnt put it and i let it go. I went the second time and same thing. no cold foam? So i asked her for some …. no response just takes my drink and the comes back. they just stare at you as if YOU were the one who messed up a simple drink.

Dunkin is my go to pace while visiting the USA although this time the Coffee was cold muffin didn’t taste so fresh. I was just passing through that area and stopped for coffee by the time I realized the coffee was cold I was long gone. If I ever pass through that town again won’t be stopping there.

Was not busy: 0 customers in drive-thru and 0 customers in-store. I placed a mobile order 15min PTA. When they answered me in the drive thru they were evidently confused and had no idea of the mobile order. They started making the drink after I notified them of the mobile order. When I pulled up to the window, saw two girls talking - one making my drink and the other standing next to her. It took 4 minutes to make my drink because of pausing to continue conversing or the girl making my drink pausing to seemingly get herself back on track to what she was doing with my drink. When I received my drink, it lacked all flavoring the drink was supposed to have except for the dressings on top. When I received my drink, the label clearly laid out what the drink was supposed to contain and how much, but it was the basic drink with some fixings on top. The only reason I go to this Dunkin is because it's on my route to work. I will be leaving 15 minutes early from here on out to go to other locations simply to avoid this one. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this was poor service all around.

They run out of food & move so slow when it comes to getting orders out through the drive thru. I was told I was yelling too loud ordering my food! Like what type of service is this? It’s hard to want to return to a place that you think should just do the bare minimum. They constantly mess up simple orders. I understand if a place is to mess up and order if it is busy or something else is going on. I just always feel like it’s never busy here And there’s no care in the world for the order that they are working on.
