I'd give my sausage egg cheese croissant 2 stars, bread was obviously old and cheese was cold. Wife liked her ham and Swiss croissant stuffer at 4 stars so I'll compromise at 3 stars. Hard to hear over the drive thru speaker and we sat there for at least 10 minutes in line waiting. Overall I mean it's dunkin' you know what you're signing up for.

I went through the drive-through, and the worker really rushed me along. He kept asking me, is that all in a rude voice, getting more agitated with each item I ordered. When I got to the window, he practically threw the food out at me and tried to have me leave before I even got everything that I ordered.

My heart shape jelly filled donut was stale. My chai latte didn't taste that good. It's kind of weird tasting and bitter halfway through. They did put some ice in it to cool it down like I asked. I don't like it lava hot. I like Starbucks chai latte mix better. I'm not going to get that at Dunkin again. I'll stick with regular hot tea. The girl at the window was a wet dish rag. She's clearly burned out. We asked for extra milk in the pink drink for an up charge and she said no they can't do that. At the mall they do. It is what it is. I'll go back in a few months but I'll go to McDonald's or Starbucks first. This visit was Meh.

We spent 20 minutes waiting for two coffees, two donuts, avocado toast, and a bagel. The man at the window was clueless and kept forgetting items in our order. The avocado toast was missing bacon, and they proceeded to take the food back into the window and put bacon on it. Taking food back into the window is a health violation along with not wearing gloves while getting donuts. All of the employees were rude

Honestly, I was very hesitant to go to this location given both the Google reviews and the word of mouth I've overheard, but I gave it a shot for "National Coffee Day". I was pleasantly surprised. I was in and out of the drive-thru in maybe three minutes with a sandwich and coffee. In that time I had interactions with all three people working, and they were all polite and professional. I'm sure it helped that I was only the second person in line just after they opened at 6am, but I'd definitely go back.

Very upset about my service. NONE of the workers greeted us. And just left us upfront for 5 minutes until they finally walked up asking if we needed help with an attitude. Like uh, yeah? We would like some coffee. They all seemed like it was bother to be doing their job. Then they just left our coffee up on the counter without saying what it was. So we sat there for another 5-10 minutes not knowing if they were our coffees or someone else’s. I am just very disappointed at what this location has come too. They have gotten worst. I will not be coming here any longer.
Sad when you guys cant answer your phone and idk how someone could mess up my drink when the sticker says ICED and i get a HOT one instead???!!!!! Open your eyes a little more or don't work mornings. And it was a ubereats delivery so like
