I get dunkin alot from.many different places and always order the same thing. This time however, I order 2 sugars in a large and could feel the cavities starting, my partners drink (4 sugars) was not even tolerable. Idk what happened but not the normal for dunkin

5/18/25 @ 11:30 The service and experience was not the best. When our order was taken the worker wasn’t very friendly. Then when we pulled up to the window she was very rude. I handed her the money and I put hand sanitizer on in my car she proceeded to throw the change at me because I put hand sanitizer on. I asked for my things and asked for her not to throw things at me. The worker proceeded to tell me that she didn’t. She also was wearing an AirPod and had to stop playing her music to hear me. As I proceeded to leave the drive thru the worker was still yelling at me as I was driving away. I parked my car and went into talk to the manager. When I asked for the manager the manager acted like she didn’t want to hear me or deal with the issue I had at the window.

They can’t even follow a simple coffee order. Large iced CARAMEL coffee. I was the only customer in there. They didn’t have any one in the drive thru, so it should have been a super simple order to follow. Unfortunately, the coffee girl forgot the caramel. When I let the cashier know she said “we put 4 pumps in the large”. I tossed the entire cup in the garbage can next to the door. I wouldn’t come back to this location… even if they gave me free coffee for a year. I highly recommend teaching the coffee makers to READ the orders properly. Just go the extra few steps to Tim Hortons next door or the Starbucks right down the road.
Great staff, but in general food and old donuts are terrible. No other donuts place close by

This has to be the worst location. Every time I order a frozen drink it's always watery. They can remake it 3 times and it's still like water. The employees at this location definitely need better training. I do not have this problem at their other locations.

Love my customer service at this location. Food is good but sometimes it is a hit or miss on my donut favorite. As far as atmosphere I only do drive thru and they are always kind even when the line is backed up and they are short staff. Favorite store.

Always understaffed and slow. Can’t understand why anyone tosses fresh donuts in a bag (instead of a box), leaving most of the frosting all over the inside of the bag. There’s a Tim Horton’s next door!
