Everytime I go there they shut certain parts down...... Its really sad because sometimes I go around 7 and still unable to get what I would like because to be frank they seem too lazy to want to serve customers. Mind you the hour of closing is 9pm!

Honestly I’m giving this a four because the mall is one of the only places for a teen to go in Erie, which makes the placement great. The coffee and donuts are good too in my opinion. I recommend anything with mocha.

I work in the Millcreek mall. I ordered a frozen coffee at a little after 5:00 . Went to pick it up and they said their blenders were off.... They have 4 hours before they close. This is not the first time they have done this. This is on a Saturday night with alot of ppl in the mall. Definitely losing business. Think we need a Starbucks in the mall.

Slowest, unfriendliest staff ever. They always forget something from your order, not friendly at all and you are usually waiting up to 20 minutes for your order.

Order my normal iced mocha cream sugar less ice and cinnamon rasin begal buttered and toasted. Coffee was ready right away. However after the first sip. It was incredibly bitter. Stood there trying to swirl it around to mix it up. Bagel came to the counter almost 10 minutes later. I got to my bench to find the Bagel warm un buttered. They did provide a knife and frozen butter packets. Ate the Bagel without butter as it was not warm enough to thaw let alone melt it. Tried my coffee again and just as bitter. Ended up throwing it away. The staff was slow and incredibly emotionless just going through the motions.

Absolutely rude customer service! Will never return to Dunkin. I am prompted to write this bc it’s been several times the same rude customer service. It is totally understandable to be short staffed, it’s understandable to wait. It’s understandable that things don’t go as planned but to be rude to customers. It’s kind of unacceptable.

Kid-friendliness: I went to Dunkin just to get a quick bite for work and didn't have enough to pay for my meal. The boy at the cash register disrespectfully laughed in my face the entire time as I tried to explain I only wanted one item. I never got refunded or treated with good service. After going there for over a year, I will not return after that kind of treatment.

Come here everyday never have been charged for water, which will make sense since I spend a substantial amount of money at your facility a week as mall employee. Most days they are friendly and kind today however they refused to give me a water and charge me one. I will be buying my every day coffee elsewhere, what weighs more your 25 cents water or the coffee and breakfast I buy daily ?

Ordered in the APP for pickup , large iced pumpkin latte and a pumpkin donut , it was clean sanitary ,no Wi-Fi detected in mall .it is wheelchair Accesible with accesible parking , has high chairs for the little ones and the entire food court to select a seat to eat and people watch ( admit it we all do it ) . I opted for Dunkin because Pampered palate didn’t have Crème brûlée coffee today .

Parking: If you got out the disabled access doors ,your in the parking lot , front is turn cut and the entire front row off to the right is wheelchair accessible .

Wheelchair accessibility: Farthest left doors of food court entrance have push button door openers for disabled access .

I understand everyone is still in learning mode but it’s like the managers have not been trained themselves. No one has people skills. The coffee and donuts are very good.
