I spoke to Chloe on the phone about a midland drink and she was the sweetest girl ever. She wrote note and I was able to get the correct drink the next day. Super amazing customer service

I would give it more stars if the coffee was not weak and the other drink I ordered wasn't messed up. The girl charged me extra for the cold foam and cookie crumbs when I ordered cookie butter cold brew. She charged me for a original ice coffee and extra for the cookie butter foam and cookie crumbs. She said that's what she was told. I thought in the picture on the menu was supposed to be there. Not extra cost. Watch for extra charges. She didn't say it was extra till I questioned.

Nice place. I was staying at a nearby hotel and visited after the diving room closed. I had to walk up the drive-thru. Thankfully I'm not heavy enough to trigger the sensor so I needed to walk up to the window. Sorry, I scared the girl working. Would like to see a bell or something at the intercom for this situation. Happens to me allot in different locations.

Dunkins are all very slow service and always seem to be in a state of disarray and panic!
Normally a great place and amazing service but as of late there's a new guy cashier who is very rude, he rushed you though your order giving the total after every item, not acknowledging any thing I was saying past my order.

I reluctantly use this location because EVERYTIME there's an issue. The employees are visibility SCARE of something at the place.. hmm management? Not exaggerating. Today was a cup of coffee. Apparently app reward is for lg, not extra large (as I am use to ordering). Finally asked to just bring a manager for the look in the employees eyes (mentioned: fear. She was shaking) 10 min at the window. Lit I'm thinking why waste a whole coffee to make a new.. they could have even just poured it in a lg cup - I would have liked to see the difference between the large and extra lg. Six chances is enough. Do better. Edit to express that I left the establishment without coffee because of a discrepancy in an ounce or two. Smh.

This is by far the worst dunkin i have been too. The large coffee was literally 10 sips and it was gone just foam in it the donuts were so bad they were melting in the hands of the worker while she was packing them. She gave me a box with chocolate all over it had to clean it before picking it up ans kids couldnt eat it was chocolate everywhere. The service is pathetic specially the lady making coffee because i asked here why the coffee seems to be empty cup and she had an attitude on that
