Man who worked today in drive-through orders around 12 was asked a few questions about your guys‘s products. Unfortunately this man had no desire to give us any information because we were sitting in front of his menu. However, the seasons have changed we were looking for our white mocha coffees. If yall ask this drive thru for help u will be told that the menu should have it right there in front of ur face. Don’t ask for service there. This man didn’t even have the respect to come back to the window to service us after we ordered at the kiosk. Thank god he had his assistant she was very sweet. She came to try n smooth over the fact that your service skills failed you. I hope yall have a better day and remember that we ask for ur help not ur problems.

Stopped here for my daily iced coffee, I live out of state and was super excited to see my favorite coffee shop was down the rd. After ordering my drink, I was chewing on ice crystals in my iced coffee, I asked if they use liquid sugar ( my home state automatically uses liquid sugar) and she replied not unless you ask for it. Well oops, I didn't realize different locations do different methods. So I asked if I could switch my coffee out for the cane sugar instead and her response was I had to buy a whole new coffee.... one sip of my coffee and was forced to buy another. Very rude.... if my coffee doesn't taste right my home shop remakes with no question. This location will make you buy another. Very Very upset with how this was handled.

Waited in line 15 minutes behind one car finally they order and am ignored at the speaker for 3 minutes and all 3 cars behind me backed out as we’ve not moved. I just left very weird will try every other Dunkin first before coming here again.

Stopped in for my first time in years. The Dunkin' Donuts, I remember, has changed and not for the better. The doughnut I ate tasted like it came from a factory, not fresh made daily. Will not be going back. I will stick with store made doughnuts.

Large iced chai latte w/ less ice ordered thru drive thru. The pic is what I received. Asked the girl at window, she said that's what I had ordered, laughed and closed window. I then went in, stepped in the door, girl behind counter informed its policy and laughed. They still charged me there full price for less beverage. It's bad enough this location charges almost $2 more than the other surrounding locations. Talked with customer service, joke! Manager emailed requesting my concerns, replied and absolutely nothing! I will avoid this location always going forward.

This store seems pretty bad. Didn't have any flavor of bagel for a sandwich. Staff was rude. Forgot half my order and acted offended when I politely asked for the rest. I was never upset and very polite. There was no reason for the attitude 10/10 8:48

Had to pull around and wait after pre-order on app. Not much outdoors lighting. Good thing for gps.
9-17-24. Quick access off of Route 90. Lots of food choices nearby. Coffee and ice tea here are great. Service was very friendly and tge store and restrooms were clean. If this review was helpful please give it a thumbs up ?? thanks

They're not consistent with making the products they sell. It's always a different quality when they make the same beverage. Either taste like creamer and no coffee or coffee with no coffee. Consistency is key!
