Horrible service I ordered cheese eggs they gave me 1 egg with cheese. Home Potatoes were hard like apples.. beyond burger was undercooked with no cheese no condiments. I asked for my money back they denied me and offered a gift card or to remake that trash. 2 thumbs and ten toes down..

2 of us from our house take a 3 and 5 year out to eat monthly. Every month it gets more expensive.
Usually one adult gets a dinner and salad bar, all the rest get salad bar. We were getting a special price for the little ones and the last time the bill for the same was outrageous!

The little ones love the salad bar as they eat a little of this and that, then the cookie at the end.

Looking at the price of bill last time I asked questions about the prices, I was told such things as a Senior discount was no longer offered. It was on the menu.

We were there to eat approx 5 pm. It was not busy. I had to ask for plates once and bowls later. Food platters such as coleslaw were not there.

We were very disappointed. And the kids were as last week we did not go there.

I understand lack of workers. We had good service before that. But the price and not good service, probably won’t go back. We will see!

Good reliable restaurant. A good clean place for a meal and to enjoy a conversation. Excellent salad bar and the best chicken noodle soup.

Eat'nPark has been around alot of years and thrives today due to a solid 3 meal menu well taken care of restaurants and great service ! My mushroom and onion burger was great ! You had to open wide to take a bite in to the double patty burger dressed with plenty of grilled mushrooms and onions and it wasn't overkill to have my favorite style of onion rings crispliy breaded as a side. My party also had the enormous whales tale fish sandwich in which half had to go home in a box to be doubly enjoyed later. And a full breakfast of bacon eggs and toast was perfectly made to order. This was the Peach st location in Erie Pa Great quick service and a very nice waitress took care of our needs of drinks and extra napkins. We keep coming back to this same location over any other place in Erie now for years

Floors dirty. Bathroom needs a good cleaning Dessert case looks sad.
Food is fairly good, just not what it used to be. $50 for breakfast for 2 is a bit expensive. Server was awesome 👌

Today I had a great dinner at Eat & Park on upper Peach St. In Erie, PA. The full credit goes to the salad girl, Carol, tending the salad bar today! We ate after six and throughly enjoyed our experience at the salad bar. Anytime Carol tends the salad bar, we know we'll thoroughly enjoy the salad bar.

We came for the smiley cookies for the kids - that was the only saving grace. If you want cold burgers and fries that take 40 minutes to arrive, a waitress that never returns to check on you, and super slow service from everyone you encounter then this is the place for you. If you’re like us and prefer the experience we used to get at this location, follow us to another restaurant and enjoy a good meal.

We just left this location. Absolutely horrible experience. Our food took forever to come. It was cold when it finally did. Our waitress never checked on us at all. Had to go to the front to get our bill and the Smiley Cookies for the grandkids. Used to love stopping here on our way through traveling to Southwest PA. Plan to drive on by in the future. ☹️

I was very dissatisfied to come to this eat n park because it’s one of my favorite places to go out to eat but this one disappointed me deeply. they took down the soup and salad bar buffet 2 hours before closing. when we were greeted by our waiter, she sounded very annoyed and fed up and she kept running off and not letting us ask for everything we needed. our food took really long and was cold when we got it anyway. we had to ask for everything and she didn’t try to even ask if we needed anything. the waitress was in a rush when there was nobody else there. it was my family and two other couples. It took so long we didn’t even order desert we wanted to leave and we just didn’t payed and left. not looking forward to come back to this location.
