My parents liked their food as they had gotten the buffet, however mine and my brothers food was served stone cold, and the waitress didn't seen to know what she was doing. Let alone the fact it took almost 45 mins for my brother and I to get our food.

Food is always a hit or miss, sometimes u get lucky if the staff is having a good morning then u get good food. Lately service went down hill at a incredible warp speed!!! I sat for 15 minutes before my order was taken when the waitress came to the table she asked what we wanted to drink I looked at my phone and started the count down 12 minutes to get my coffee , then she asked what we wanted to eat, after we placed our order she went off taking another order and someone stopped her for something else and she finally made it back to the kitchen 9 minutes later. I sat another 29 minutes before she came back to my table and said she was sorry shouldn't be much longer, I said ok, 7 minutes later she offered more coffee I said what's the problem she said the kitchen put us on hold to handle the buffet keeping that full for the customers. I said why didn't you give us the option to let us know instead of holding us hostage. She got rude and walked away from me as I was talking to her.

Not busy on Tuesday 4/15/25 left at 7:45 45 pm !We waited 5 + minutes too be SEATED & then we waited 10+ minutes for our server & NEVER DID SEE Him or her ! We LEFT the restaurant ! Our Eat & Park Experience was a ZERO ! I have 40 years of Food Service behind me & never have I ever experienced a beyond poor restaurant experience ! I’m only giving 1 star, so that I can post this review otherwise you Deserve ZERO !

I ordered the Fisherman's platter which comes with 2 sides. The sides I chose were a side salad and a baked potato. I received my salad and the platter was very good...perfectly crispy and perfect temperature. It was very good. Service was fine. It wasn't until I got home - and I don't know why this popped into my head - but I realized I didn't get my baked potato! And I hadn't even noticed I never got my potato either while I was eating. I was disappointed as I love a baked potato.
