The meat had no flavor. Drinks were not good at all. For what I paid for two people to eat I'm actually really annoyed that i wasted my money on a horrible meal. This place used to be good. Definitely won't be going back.

I love this place but after my visit today I don't think I'll be back. The food I got was terrible. No one checked in with me to see how it was, no one asked why I didn't eat any of it. Chile relleno was not a Chile relleno and had no cheese in it. Ground beef tasted like they hadn't even thought about seasoning it. Long time customer but I won't be back because I had to pay for this pile of garbage. Bartender was awesome and made a great scratch margarita, only person that seemed to care.

I had such an amazing experience at El Caneo Mexican Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The service was just as impressive. The waitresses and servers were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in making sure guests feel right at home. I’m super grateful I decided to try this place. It exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon. If you're looking for real, quality Mexican food and a great atmosphere, this is the spot!

Ordered birria tacos but received pan fried beef tacos… where is my consommé? This is not authentic at all. The limes were so dry, there wasn’t a drop of juice at all.
The guac and chorizo cheese dip is ok. Disappointed. If I wanted American Mexican food I would’ve went to Moe’s/Chipotle.

Idk what happened to this place! They used to be amazing and my ultimate favorite place to eat... Now the staff is rude, the orders are messed up, and the prices were hacked higher. I paid 7.99 for 3 basic chicken tacos and might have had 1 bite of meat in them. Not to mention they were soggy. Unreal. What happened to good local business? Smh
