It's a cafe at a small airport working with a 1 or 2 person team. The lady at the bar is super nice and is obviously do the best she can with limited resources.

Arrived around noon and hope to grab a quick bite before taking the taxi. Guess what, I waited for over half hour and the restaurant was closed during lunch time because someone can't find a different time to go to the bank!
