We were recommended to Erie Distillery to hold my daughter's 21st birthday party. It was amazingly perfect for the event. We were permitted to bring in outside food for our guests, the space was just the right size for a few dozen people. Dave was wonderfully cooperative and accommodating to our needs as well as some of our wants. The drink selection is vast and tasty. Martini's, slushies, mixed drinks and even beer. All of our guests had a great time. Would definitely have another gathering there in a heartbeat!

Ended the Erie Distillery Challenge at the Erie Distillery. Best whiskey on the tour! Owner was very nice and we really enjoyed our tastings at this distillery. The cocktails were awesome! Highly recommend!

Stumbled across it while in the area. Off season for the lake was quiet, good bar tender and drinks. Took a bottle of whiskey and apple cider shine home.

Locally owned & operated distillery. Non-smoking establishment tucked back behind a restaurant and drug store, you need to know it's there, it's not visible from the road. Not a huge establishment but plenty of table and bar seating with a fireplace in the back corner. Very crisp, clean and up to date inside. I feel very comfortable coming by myself and having a beverage. Their handmade spirits have gone through a rigorous distilling prices to remove impurities leading to a better tasting drink (and less likely to feel the repercussions the next day). Huge fan of their American Light Whiskey which is damn close to a bourbon, smooth with great flavor, live their Old Fashioned. Another good one is their Hot Pepper Moonshine which is excellent in their Bloody Marys or yours. Many times you'll find the owner working in the back or talking with customers. He's able to explain what he does / what goes into all of his spirits. They do have live music from time to time and limited outdoor seating in the warmer months. Only small drawback is they don't have a restaurant, but if you speak with the owner, he'll accommodate you. Order online, stop in and pick up your choice, have a drink while you're there.
10/10 drinksThe mixed drinks don't taste waterdowned or cheap and they did an absolutely beautiful job making them!Only 4/5 stars as ..well the drinks were good and besides the radio in the background playing under the one TV that's about all....forgive me if all distilleries are like this but it felt a little dull real quick. Maybe have some adult Jenga or beer/distilling magazines near the couch Im the back or something.very nice bar and I don't know just still kinda feels like they should add something more....maybe more wall art or something?

contacted them yesterday through their Facebook page to confirm they were open today and if they had a certain product. They responded that they would be open today with product in stock. So I drove 1.5 hours to them not being open at noon. went and got lunch and they aren't open at 1:15pm. awesome! thanks! someone must be totally incompetent.

Service was very friendly and welcoming. Decent size bar and plenty of tables. The tasting is very low key, you just purchase a sampler of 3 small shots. Ordered an espresso martini which was delicious. Not quite what I expected, nothing formal at all and no one was very knowledgeable about the spirits but it was still a nice visit.
