Was in the area for work and came across Federal Hill so I decided to give them a shot. Even though it was a Friday, and at lunch time, the line for service really moved along briskly. The service was fast and efficient. The atmosphere is super laid back, with the restaurant being open and inviting. They have a number of different options, but I chose the pulled pork which was a generous portion and smoked perfectly. The sides were really enjoyable, especially the coleslaw which was a perfect match to the pulled pork. Parking was available street side.

Amazing beef brisket and pulled pork! Ordered a total of 5 lbs for a small get together. Almost had to pull over on the way home and sample but resisted the urge. Food is great and has its own unique flavor. We ordered for pick up in advance and got the food quickly. You go there for the food not the atmosphere or dining experience, it's all about the Brisket Baby!

Got the three meat plate with brisquet, ribs and turkey. Pulled pork sandwiches and sides of pinto beans, potato salad, slaw, and Mac and cheese. You will not find better. It’s competitive with Lockhart. The brisquet can be pulled apart with a fork. Not sure how they do it. Do not miss this.

I don't know who said this is the best barbecue and atmosphere in PA, but I definitely disagree. The food is good but the place itself is a dump. The person who took our order was very nice, but the person cutting the meat next to him was not quite the same. Very little seating inside. But if you want great food and atmosphere with very pleasant employees, MISSION BARBECUE is number one with out a doubt

Omg this is the best Smoked food. The brisket was juicy and tender full of flavor, the coleslaw was creamy Mac n cheese was creamy and cheesey, potatoe salad was very good and creamy. The pulled pork was moist and tender had a perfect amount of taste. Will be back for sure!

Amazing bbq. The food is 6 star and the vibe is a four. But, as my partner said, when the food is this good, you don’t need and frills. Best brisket I’ve had in decades. Highly recommend.
