Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Tomahawk pork chop was outstanding as was the chicken that was part of the three course meal special. The blueberry bread pudding to cap the meal was a good choice. We were very pleased with the dining experience.

The kitchen was overwhelmed. Arrived at 635 for 6:45 Saturday reservation. Food arrived at 8pm. Manager comped food. Tenderloin salad was delicious. Sea Bass was tepid-at best. I'd pass on this $40 entree. Double diamond pineapple martini eased the pain -amazing pineapple infused vodka cocktail.

Yet another visit to Firebird's at the Millcreek Mall and another nice dining experience. I couldn't have asked for more. The bread, salad and dinner were bought to my table in perfect order and timing Everything tasted so good.

Ordered prime rib it was cold and had no flavor. Also ordered the 3 side entree veggies were undercooked Most of the food we ordered was cold or undercooked. Management took some of the food off the bill but overall it was a very disappointing experience especially for our anniversary

They were busy and clearly had many new staff (you could hear and see the managers training and coaching them), but they were attentive, mostly got the orders right, and the food was solid. Overall, a pretty good evening. Thanks!

After a travel issue, we needed a quick reservation on Saturday, called Firebirds and they helped us out…Food was good, hot and paced well, Service was excellent. Certainly recommended

I go to Firebirds a few times per month now because of the new manager and her staff.

Service was excellent. There were 9 of us for dinner and our waitress was just phenomenal. No one waited for anything. Our friends from Florida asked our waitress for something special for our anniversary. She brought out a delicious cheesecake type dessert that had a cream brulee topping with fresh blueberries and strawberries and a little but of whipped cream on the side. It was delicious. Can't say enough about our server. Shevwas terrific and super friendly and always smiling
