Food was really good.

Very cozy atmosphere, service was great and fast considering how busy they were, and the food was absolutely delicious! The creme brulee cheesecake is a must!

After a day of shopping, we came to Firebirds for dinner before heading home. The food was delicious, but the service was outstanding. We had an issue (not worth mentioning here) and the manager went beyond our expectations. We’ll definitely be back!

The food was incredible. The manager was awesome a service issue was promptly and nicely handled! We will be back. Drinks were really good as well.

Our waitress was lackluster. Forgetful and not very attentive. We didn't get the bread that is served. Even when we asked for it, it wasn't brought to us. 3 out of the 4 champagne glasses that were brought out had lipstick marks on them. I walked over to the bar and asked the bartender for more because we were sitting there for ten minutes while our carafe of mimosas sat there. I sat at the bar waiting for the bartender to wash 3 more glasses. I had to instruct him to pay attention to the rim of the glasses. Most women wear some type of lip gloss/or lipstick and it's sticky; so those things need paid attention to. The manager was very nice. I noticed her trying to take up some of the slack for the waitress that was serving us. She made sure that we got what were needed. The food was good. Overall the experience was average. I was disappointed as this was my first experience at the restaurant. The best thing about my meal was my company.

Megan was absolutely phenomenal! Anyone who says that she has snapped on them has totally deserved it. She is absolutely the best bartender who brings me the best bread and is a GIRLS GIRL. She just gets it and I had the best meal of my life.

We were in Erie for a day and needed a quick place for dinner. It was a nice and clean restaurant, our server was great and the food was wonderful.

Took my girlfriend out for lunch, had wonderful service from our adorable little waitress, had an issue with one of the item menus however the manager came over addressed our table apologized and handled the situation to our satisfaction.

We ordered burgers and they were decent. Waiter wasn’t very attentive and took forever to ask for boxes and bring the check. Never got refills. Watch out for the gnats at this restaurant.

We received outstanding service starting with the front desk, to the table with our server and the manager, and even when we left there were two managers holding the door for us wishing us a good night. The food was delicious and the vibes were cozy and comfortable! I ordered a salmon caesar salad, which I highly recommend. Will be back for sure :)

When traveling through Erie, Firebirds is an excellent grestaurant treat. The food is always good; the staff pleasant; and the ambience is a great break from fast food joints.

The food is excellent, but the cost to add a vegetable or salad is ridiculous. We happened to be seated in a busy,noisy area, so our experience wasn't the best. I'm sure it's not like that at other tables, though. The staff was very nice.
