Anniversary dinner was excellent. Manager Chris personally saw to it that our food was excellently prepared, and provided us with a special dessert. It was our first visit and we will definitely return. We highly recommend.

The place is very nice, warm and inviting. The menu has great dishes on it. Unfortunately, they come out differently every time I have been there. The consistency needs improvement.

Nachos we ordered were extremely salty could not finish them at all, told the server and he didn’t replace or take off our bill spent $100 with tip found it over priced. Will not return

Came with my partner from out of town to have dinner. When we arrived we were immediately sat, after a few minutes our server came over and asked if we would like to order drinks, i ordered water, my partner ordered a soda, and he asked for an order of ranch rings which the server repeated to us. After about 30 minutes our appetizer hadnt come out yet, our server was also seldom seen. I went to the host stand to ask the host how long we had been sat for and if there was a wait in the kitchen, to my surprise i find our server at the host stand watching Instagram stories on her phone. I ask her about out onion rings, she says let me go check for you, and then comes to our table empty handed stating “she never heard us order them and that she asked the kitchen to make them on the fly”. i was clearly irritated with how long we had been waiting especially due to the fact that we had been there 20 minutes before even bread was put on the table. She started getting an attitude saying “idk what you want me to do, want to move tables, want me to cancel the rings?” I am extremely disgusted with the service we received.

Wow!! Heard some great comments from folks about this eatery, bought a 16 oz aged rib eye that was pretty much inedible. Cooked perfectly but tough as a chuck steak. Ordered asparagus as a side and what an embarrassment!! Forget this place and spend your money at Burger King where you a can at least eat the food!! !! My bill , for a party of three , was close to $ 200.00 with a generous tip for our waitress who was excellent. Seriously , don’t bother ! A huge waste of money!!

Great atmosphere. I ordered the filet, paying more for the best. Well, I expected absolutely no grissel. My first bite had grissel, and the next bite, and the next one after that. In other words, I tried to give it a chance. The taste was good, though.

Firebirds Erie PASalt Frenzy-Last Saturday we went to Firebirds Erie PA , for a family birthday dinner. Unfortunately all four of our sirloin steaks were excessively salted. He felt as if we were eating a salt shaker, not a steak. We all agreed that lightly salting a steak compliments the meat however, the chef went overboard. When we mentioned this to the waitress instead of going to replace our steaks she instead relayed that " Yes, we have been hearing that a lot lately." With no attempt to redo the steaks, or offer a discount or credit. Our asparagus was also heavily salted. I knew to request them to go light on the blue cheese dressing on my BLT salad, so that was the best part of my meal and delicious. Also, the birthday cheesecake presentation was beautiful and very appreciated by our birthday girl!We never did have a visit from the manager to our table. If a manager were to make table rounds, they would clearly identify this problem and hopefully rectify it.A couple weeks earlier my husband and I went and our steaks were so phenomenal that we chose to come back, but unfortunately Firebirds fell horribly short this time and despite the evident repeated complaints Regarding the salt by numerous patrons, The problem has yet to be rectified or taken seriously.We will hold off revisiting until the Chef and staff figure out how to use the salt shaker.
