The food is great. 20-30 minutes for a to-go sandwich is incredible though. The guys were great can't blame them.

If you love a delicious, loaded handheld sandwich on fresh bread, look no more. This place did not disappoint, I am so glad they managed to come back and reopen the location. Not to mention the staff is friendly and fast!

Love Firehouse Subs. So glad we finally have one in Erie. They have such great food, take great care of thier store, always smells so great on there, and you will always get a warm welcome from the staff. Love looking at the local erie first responder pictures and firefighter equipment there. I bet the kids have so much fun with it acting like a firefighter. Its good to know my hunger is going to supporting our local firefighters and responders. Thank you for the food ❤️

Rating this just on the service, because the sandwich I ordered was for someone else's lunch. Kind of a funny experience picking up: I arrived a few minutes early and waited where the website instructed me to. After a few moments my name was called, and I answered, but instead of handing the sandwich to me, the employee set it on a rack behind the counter. I stood there asking myself, "Did he really call my name, or did I make myself look silly by answering for another customer?" After a couple of minutes I caught a different employee's eye, asked about it, and he did give me what I had ordered.
Maybe management needs to do a little more service training at this location. It probably should go smoother than that.

Hello and good afternoon, The Firehouse Sub I tried is the one at Pittsburgh Commons. The sub I tried was the club on a sub which was very tasty, it's an order and sit type deal the wait time was between 5 and 10 minutes but it is worth it, it had a nice atmosphere and was very clean it is definitely a place I will try again.

I got the Italian Sub. Probably one of the beat Italian Subs I've ever had. Genoa salami, pepperoni, Virginia honey ham, melted provolone, Italian dressing, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, deli mustard, and a pickle spear on the side. I already want to go back and get another. Mmm Mmm good.
