This location has outstanding food with excellent service!
Most fantastic subs and service.
Saturday march 26th 2022 around 4pm i walked into this establishment.. , A lady and her 2 young songs sitting down eatting. No one else's was there as I stood there waiting to be asked what I would like my wife walks in 4 to 5 mins later we stood there looking at the menu on the wall still not being acknowledged. While the workers where doing absolutely nothing. Finally we just started walking out and as we got to the door the worker yells have A good day.. I guess Racisim in Erie PA at this establishment is clearly okay.. They won't get any of my hard working money..
They have some great food and when I'm at Pittsburgh Commons doing my grocery shopping my craft shopping and my home goods shopping everything is lined all straight up for you at our house subs Save-A-Lot Dollar tree and then Big lots you couldn't ask for more convenience than that
I use Togo to the Pittsburgh commons firehouse till the workers always messed up my order. So I went to the peach street one and they still messed up my order. I gave it two stars because firehouse has great food and was a great place until the pandemic and they started hiring sub par workers. My orders always get messed up . I tried to call just to talk to somebody about this instead of writing a review but no one answers their phone it’s terrible customer service and I’m not eating at any Erie firehouse again which is sad because I honestly do love their subs ! Firehouse is honestly a great franchise but most employees are not good for the company.
This was our first ever experience at Firehouse Subs. I ordered the specialty steak sub. I have never been more disappointed. The bun was not fresh, the sandwich was overly salty, the onions and peppers like overcooked thin threads. A piece of the onion was the outer skin. The meat was almost inedible. I actually threw 1/2 of the sandwich away. We will never eat at this establishment again.
There hospitality is recording. And the subs are just good to go
My daughter and I stopped here last week. It was terrible and we normally love firehouse subs. She has a wheat allergy so we go to firehouse for the gluten free sub. I told them she had a wheat allergy and they assured us they would take the correct precautions. We have never ever had an issue at any other firehouse subs. After I put our order in and was waiting I started noticing that the place was absolutely FILTHY. The tables looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in days
They have great subs.
Very good subs and friendly staff
Restaurantji Recommends
Doesnt get any better. Super clean, friendly, gr8 food
Food was great! My only problem was none of the subs had labels (ordered for the whole crew).
They were very kind and thoughtful
Pretty good food. Nice place to stop on the way to Ohio. I had the engineer and my boyfriend had the New York steamer.
Not impressed with chicken Gyros Tzatziki sauce not tasting right chicken to dry . Husband is 1/2 Greek he was raised with Greek cooking in house.
