Incredible experience from start to finish. Nothing else like this place here in Erie. Check it out & be sure to leave with some steaks from Gordon’s & wine from Paris’s!

Chef Firestone, our server Megan, and the staff at Firestone’s restaurant helped me plan and enjoy my proposal surprise dinner this Saturday, November 15, 2025. They served a painted bamboo serving steamer
with a sparkling surprise I put inside for Kaye Stevenson. She said Yes, and I’m engaged!
I chose Firestone’s restaurant as we frequently enjoy their top tier service, casual decor, premium Wine selections and superbly prepared entrees, pizza and more. Above and beyond the expected this was. Five Stars!

My wife absolutely loved her pickle pizza. I enjoyed my smash burger. My fries on the other hand left lots to be desired.

Server was great, atmosphere was very good, however when ordering steak we were told they will not cook it past medium-rare. I changed my mind and got a burger and wife still got the steak. My wife ending up taking it home and cooking it longer. We were paying for the meal, we should have been able to order anyway we wanted it.

Absolutely delicious food at a very affordable price. I'm actually a little dumbfounded how they can pull this off and still be profitable. Do not miss Firestones if you're in the area. Can't recommend it enough

Food was fantastic with a very focused menu. Ate here with my wife and my parents, and we all found something we enjoyed on the menu. My dad absolutely loved the pizza he ordered, and my burger had a fantastic smokey flavor.

Eating at Firestone was such a refreshing experience. The service was excellent, food was outstanding, and the bill was very reasonable. After our meal, we had a chance to talk with one of the owners, Martin, who was very kind and generous with his time on what was clearly a very busy night. I love the concept, love the community/local feel, and would recommend to anybody in the area (and anybody traveling through) who wants an intimate dining experience with creative food at what I can only imagine is a very competitive price point for the area.

This Firestone's Kitchen is on Peach St. In Erie, PA. We're from Cleveland, Ohio and there was 11 of us. Our wives wanted to shop at Boscov's at Millcreek mall, then we went to the casino for a while. One of the wives googled restaurants and picked out this one. We got there. About 4:15. Didn't have a reservation, but Amber said she'd put some tables together as long as we were done by 6:30 as she had reservations. We told her that we would be done by then. Wood fired pizza was good, 2 couples had that. I had the shrimp bahn mi sandwich with fries, Very good. The rest had the smash burgers, they said it was good. Sandwiches came with a little bowl of macaroni salad. Huge selection of beers and wines. Also a nice deli attached, called Gordons Butcher and Deli.
It was great that Amber set us up as we didn't say we were from out of town. Besides pizza and sandwiches they have a dinner menu. See below.
