Food is ok - not as good as the hype - but the wait is Ridiculous!! They have 2 people working and it literally takes about 15 minutes for them to look up and take your order an another 20-30minutes to get your food.

Was looking for something healthy in the form of a large salad while traveling. This place definitely delivered. The ingredients were fresh and the portions were large. Sure it took a few minutes to get the order, but if you're looking for something on the green-side of things with a plant protein, then this is the place to go!

We will most likely not be back at this location. Here with family from out of the country and we thought we would give this place a try. WORST customer service ever. The only person working hardly made eye contact, mumbled, and generally looked unhappy. When we finally hot our order, which was drinks and food for 4 people, the order was wrong. There was cheese on a burger that we ordered w/o cheese. He remade it. When he called us over to give us the burger, he threw it down on the counter in a grumpy way. It took 40 mi utes total to get everyines food. Part of our group ate here, and the other part of our group had Charley's Philly Steaks. That place knew customer service and was friendly from the get go.

Drove to the mall, and they closed early. Fun times. Won’t be back. Edited to add there were no signs at the cafe or updates on any pages or websites that stated different hours.

I would like to start by saying there was a young girl working and this is not her fault. She was very sweet and apologetic. This is the second time I have attempted to eat here. Two weeks ago, I came to get an acai bowl, but i was told they did not have any fresh fruit. I then said I was going to get a sandwich, but they were out of what was supposed to go on the sandwich as well... I then went somewhere else to eat. Today we ordered two acai bowls and a sandwich. The only fresh fruit they had was blueberries. My acai itself came out very watery and a white color. The poor girl working was all by herself and you could tell she was overwhelmed. This is unacceptable, and whoever manages this place needs to change it. There is no reason anyone should have to work alone dealing with food. My sandwich came out made wrong, which I do not blame her due to the conditions she was working with. Prior to me ordering, there were three people ahead of me. I waited almost an entire hour for my food and the people ahead of me had waited a long time too. The fact the management will only staff one person is absurd and speaks for itself as to why I see a new employee every time I go. I also see that from other past reviews a lot of people have very similar things to say. This place has a lot of potential if the right people would be put to run it! Truly depressing!

I had a great experience today at this location! I was helped by Julia. I ordered an all day breakfast bowl and it was really good. I had a question about the nutrician facts and both she and the manager was so helpful and patient. I really appreciated the kind and prompt service. I will definitely be back!

I went there last night on my break. I ordered just half a sandwich and a soup, the worker who took my order was incredibly nice but it took almost all of my break for my food to even come out. By the time it came out, I had less than five minutes to eat. When I picked up the order, I went to eat my soup only to notice it was unevenly heated. The top was incredibly cold and the bottom was just barely room temperature. I’ve been here before and usually never have had a problem but honestly, over 25 minutes for food is insane. This isn’t a sit down restaurant where it should take that long. Not even just that, the girl working was solo, it’s not fair for her either.

Been here a couple times and the smoothies are mediocre at best. Definitely better options in Erie to get a fresher, more organic tasting smoothie at a similar price. Also, just look at the way this business/owner responds to negative reviews. Lots of excuses, no empathy, and 0 care to change. A clear sign of bad management/ownership. Not surprised other reviews said they saw the owner talking badly to their employees based off the way they responds to customer comments.
