It’s now 11:10 am store supposed to be open at 11am and is not I can see all employees inside the store not sure why they haven’t open the least they could of done was come to the door and explain they are inside just standing around I came from 30 mins away just so I can be here for when they open this is very disappointing

As someone previously stated these people are taking money without fulfilling their obligation to provide the purchased items. Do NOT order from here!! I will be filing a dispute and contacting the Better Business Bureau and maybe even discussing with my lawyer.

We had my baby shower at Fresh Healthy Cafe and it was nothing short of perfect! The food was absolutely delicious and it was so beautifully decorated inside. The owners are wonderful people who go above and beyond. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

So disappointed. On September 11,2023 This was my first time ordering food from this establishment. I placed my order online before having to be to work at 3. I received a text stating my order would be ready between 230-235. I received another text at 225 pm stating the order was ready 10 minutes prior to the estimated time. I don’t live that far so I arrived to the store at 235pm there were two workers there, again I have never been to this establishment so I read the signs and stood at the pick up sign to pick up my order, I was never acknowledged even after one of the workers walked right up to the counter to get something for another customer. After 5 minutes of standing there I walked around to the register and said hey I’m here for my pick up order she takes my name then proceed to make my order. At this point I’m confused and I say is my order not ready?? The online order said it was. She says no we have to make it, I ask to just do a refund because I will be late for work, she gets an attitude and tells me go on DoorDash and get a refund. I explain to her that I did not order on DoorDash I ordered through their google page, she then tells me she doesn’t know what I want her to do, so I ask for a manager. She tells me she can text her manager I say ok , she proceeds to say “what are you gonna watch me text him” I said yea so i can get some resolve. she calls her manager who states he can take my name and number to request a refund but instead he’s explaining how their business and DoorDash (who I didn’t use) has been clashing which is none of my concern. He told me “well don’t order online again” I don’t trust that he will contact them for a refund on my behalf, so basically now I was left with no food and lost out on $26. The employee had no customer service skills and clearly it stems from the owner cause he had none either.

We are in town for a hospital visit and needed some good food . We walk down the street and spotted "Fresh Healthy Cafe", I was excited to check this place out . I ordered the VEG BUDDAH BOWL ( I'm vegan so minus the cheese ) and a coffee boost smoothie, my mate had a Mediterranean wrap and a raspberry smoothie.. We were the only customers in at the time and were reading the menu and making decisions , we were standing at the wrong place at the counter and the silent staff person was standing at the opposite end of the counter, starring into space. I realized we needed to walk over to the silent staff member to place our order. We placed our order, paid and took a seat . After sitting for a few minutes, two new customers came in and ordered smoothies. After a bit of time the quiet staff person said someone's name, no one could hear what she was saying so we all walked up , since we were in first, I thought maybe it was ours , nope, it was for the two other guests . We all walked back to our respective tables and me and my mate waited ....... Waited .....another mumbling of sounds and our food is ready... I opened my box of food and found a smattering of spinach , some quinoa plopped in the corner of the box and some hummus in another corner along with some sliced cucumbers and tomatoes .... THATS ALL FOLKS... the saddest box of fix'ins I've come across . My mate enjoyed his 3inch Mediterranean wrap and smoothie . I also ENJOYED my smoothie....$43 later food was eaten. I was dissatisfied with the service and my dismissal attempt of a salad , but I did eat it ..... this place is not for me and that's a-ok....
