This place is a joke. The lines are ridiculous. The cashier looked at every item she scanned, as slowly as she could, checked her screen, then looked for a bag to put items in. Customers put their items on the belt in the way they want it packed. Scan and go!

Customer service is absolutely horrible. I waited in line for 25 minutes . No cashiers. Then my cake looked like someone cut into the birthday cake I bought.

This is a horrible Giant Eagle to shop at. So hard to find everything and it takes longer to get checked out than to shop. I absolutely despise this place and plan on to go to Wegmans. I was in the express lane for 20 minutes. Not very express. The cashier was rude...they are all rude! They only ever have two lanes open and have very slow people working the registers. I miss the 26th street Giant Eagle! Rant is over! Just needed to get out!

I ordered 2 cakes, balloons, and flowers. To be delivered to my wife's surprise birthday party at a local restaurant. When we got there, the balloons and flowers were there but no cakes. I called and spoke with the manager and she put me on hold for a few minutes, and then informed me the delivery person indeed, forgot the cake and apologized and sent a gift card for my troubles with the cakes. Thank you, and I know mistakes are made. I will continue to do business here when I'm in town.
