I am so disappointed in my experience with the pharmacy. I seemed to be disturbing the person who took care of me. The med I picked up for my dog was $62. It is $24 at Walmart. Unfortunately, it was on back order at Walmart and I needed it. I guess I was paying extra for the poor customer service. First and last time I fill a prescription here. Lesson learned.

Despite being two days from the no mask mandate and Not requiring someone that is vaccinated to wear a mask I will no longer shop at this store. I had a manager approach me while shopping to state that their policy requires everyone to wear a mask. I then had a cashier ask me where my mask was while she was not wearing one herself. You can not take my rights away of how I choose to shop in a store and spend money. I now will choose to shop where I can shop comfortably.

Pandemic Or not giant eagle has always been my choice in grocery stores you would say I am one of their most valuable customers however lately the staff does not care what I have to say when I'm right I'm right this weeks encounter with the frozen foods manager the front desk was stressing encounter. I have knowledge of the inner workings of this store and many friends who work at the store however lately everything has gone downhill produce department is full of rotten Foods that have been rearranged so that you can't tell till you get home and find out you blew your grocery budget on food that you can't eat or get ill. To make matters worse they're not honoring sale prices rain checks or returns. Watch for damaged goods I have been recently finding packages that had been opened and resealed. Boxes that were sliced through or opened and resealed item put backs that were not purchased and put back on the shelf damaged for the next person . When the stores order products and it's not based on demand it's based on how many the store will allow to be ordered irregardless of a sale on the items or a seasonal desire or any other variable. When you take corporate America and break it down you can see why the state of the produce department frozen food returns all the issues I mentioned are failing the consumer the second they get home and discover the items are bad the only one benefiting is the store they won't refund or replace products that are bad every day and more recently will not honor of sale price because they claim they couldn't get the items in four weeks or months at a time when I buy them there every week and they just all went on sale they were out the first second and third day of the sale but will not issue a rain check . Prices are too high on the things that we use whenever there's a little bit of slack in that stock up and save isn't going to help because they can't get the product... this is my third time consuming complaint in store in the last two months because of a tactic called bait and switch that has been used for generations. Anyway if you're reading this you may discover it's time to shop for some of your grocery list at Walmart for sure fine for tops or Wegmans Even Aldi's Price Rite I believe is still owned by giant eagle

Terrible customer service for the elderly with breathing problems and had simply forgotten her mask in her car. They kicked her out before she had a chance to explain. And when she called later they said they didn't need her business.

The quality of GE products & service has gone down steadily over the last few years. It USE TO BE worth the exorbitant, ridiculous pricing..in exchange for friendly, courteous staff & high quality fresh baked goods, fresh fruits & veggies & prepared hot food...however, now that the quality of Giant Eagle's products and customer service are about equal to (or less than) Elm Street Walmart, it's hardly worth the price gouging. Of course there are still the fuel perks.
