My uncle was there today and it was his first visit. He does not eat ham and ordered a turkey sandwich. He asked for no cheese after asking if they had provolone. Upon arrival home his sandwich was ham with cheese. After calling the store to let them know his order was incorrect, he was told they have no turkey sandwich. which they do! He called corporate to let them know about the situation. We'll a few moments later he recieved a call from the owner/manager yelling at him. He called him a liar as well.

Ordered a ham for Thanksgiving and the first half inch of the ham was dry and disgusting. Also bought some broccoli bliss and it was nothing special. Lady that waited on me was not friendly and again ham was terrible for such a high price.

Went there for take out and ordered the turkey sandwich with side of broccoli salad. The salad is just super – not big chuncks and little pieces of cranberry (which is a bit different). The turkey is wonderful and quite filling although the crust is a tad hard. I wish they were not so expensive for a sandwich, as I would eat there a lot more because the taste and quality is so good.

Jeff and Sherry are fantastic owners! This store is well run and SUPER clean. All the staff is happy and friendly. Fresh deli salads and meats made daily. Nice quiet place to sit down and eat a sandwich. Reasonable prices for how delicious the meat is.

I had no idea that the Honey Baked Han Company had actual delis so when I was looking for a sandwich while working in Erie, I figured I would come and give this place a try. This little shop offers a decent amount of options for a quick lunch while also giving you a place to pickup full desserts and even some big honey baked hams (but like, yum). I ordered a standard honey baked ham sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and some wonderful sauce that made me like the sandwich even more (seriously, it was delicious). The sandwich itself didn't come with anything else so I picked up a can of sprite ($1.99) and a bag of BBQ chips (I think $1.50) and it made for a pretty filling meal. Overall, if you want a ham sandwich this is probably where you want to go. The place was clean, the food was good, and the prices weren't bad either. Most important, honey baked ham is deciduous and I'm definitely going to be ordering one for thanksgiving.
