Server named Tori is very pleasant eventhough she's quite busy. She's polite and courteous.

Waited about 40 minutes at the desk to order food.... The waitresses looked at me-- turned their head and continued to keep talking... There were literally 4 people in restaurant!!!

A truck driver ; in here twice this week Monday night ( Maggie) great service , wonderful personality and efficient as a food server. Plus a great sense of humor. Saturday night ( Emily ) also a great person with a great work ethic. She relates and talks with all her customers. While perhaps not in your control the men’s room both times needed some TLC. Food was great plus a well lit and good atmosphere. I do miss the old style restaurant I do but progress must roll forward. Thank you for having a place to sit down and eat.

Great place for breakfast. I used my Pan Coins for a free 5 stack of pancakes. They were very good. Bacon was crisp. My husband enjoyed his 2X2X2.

1st time ever at an IHOP, not sure I would try again because of slow unhappy unprofessional server, food was cold and not tasty. Our table was 1 of 3 and we still had unhappy time.

IHOP I have tried contacting you via your customer service. I filed a complaint alone with my boyfriend who filed a complaint. I have called several times and have not heard back so I decided to take to social media. My son was diagnosed at 4 with celiac disease. When we figured out that you had gluten free pancakes that would be our special thing. It made him feel “normal like other kids.” After his 7th grade shots I took him for his pancakes. We had a young waitress and I explained to her that my son had celiac disease couldn’t have wheat we needed gluten free pancakes. As I have always done before. When she brought the pancakes to the table, I asked her again “we are sure these are gluten free correct?” She responded with “yes they are I double checked!” I said thank you so much and my son continued to eat all 4 pancakes. We got the bill and noticed that the pancakes were rang in under “protein pancakes” I thought it was weird because I thought they have always rang them up “gluten free.” I then found our waitress at the register and asked her again. “My son’s pancakes were rang up under protein pancakes are we sure they were gluten free?” She told me yet again yes they were she just couldn’t find the button. Ok fine… Manager then approaches the table with the waitress. They informed me that in fact the pancakes were protein pancakes and NOT gluten free. The manager then said “you know she is young and she didn’t know the difference between gluten free and protein.” This is what upset me the most. Young or not you as a manager it is your responsibility that people know the difference. People understand nut allergies. My son then puked 7-8 times that day. We had to pull over on the side of the highway for him to get sick. He had to miss football and had stomach aches all weekend. Your places need to be trained better! I would appreciate a follow up on this issue.

My experience here at IHOP was so humiliating and embarrassing I walked in and sat down and a waitress by the name of Ronni yelled “You Must Can’t Read”! It made me so uncomfortable even the other guests seemed uncomfortable too.

Our waitress was friendly and polite, but the food turn-around time here is definitely slow.

Fathers Day breakfast. Seated quick, received drinks and had order taken. After 30 minutes of being told it’s coming soon and seeing tables seated after us receive food we paid for our drinks and decided to leave.

very bad service. they gave me a menu, but didn't even ask if I wanted a drink. I waited 30 minutes and none of the waiters even came to the table.

Excellent food. Great service. Friendly atmosphere. All new, so everything is clean. Loved the open view kitchen/ staff area. Great milkshakes done old fashioned style too!

When I arrived they were closed and the staff ignored me when I asked why the Google results said they were open.
