All of the good things!!! Beautiful! We went in and told them everything we wanted and everything that we didn’t, and they nailed our vision.We got the chocolate with chocolate fudge and mousse filling in the bottom, and the vanilla with raspberry on the top. We’ve never had a cake that was so delicious! (Our wedding was 4 days ago and we are still eating it out of the fridge lol).On top of the cake being perfect, they were both so kind and wonderful to work with! We also got a bunch of cupcakes to do with it and they were all eaten right up!!! I can’t say enough! Everything was so beautiful and I can’t wait to need them again in the future!(I don’t have my professional pics back yet, these are the ones that my friend took).

If I could recommend one bakery to every bride, it is It Takes the Cake. My wedding cake was beautiful, and even more so it tasted amazing! I showed inspiration pictures, and from that, my cake was made exactly as I imagined. I almost hated cutting into it because it was so gorgeous! Thank you It Takes the Cake!!

Not only beautiful, but delicious as well! It Takes the Cake made beautiful birthday cakes for my father in law and his twin brother's 80th birthdays. One was vanilla, one chocolate. Both cakes were gone withing minutes. Plus, we ordered some cupcakes to serve as well. They nailed the color of the cakes that matched the decor perfectly. Very impressive.

Wendy is great! She did my wedding cake; which turned out beautiful and was delicious. We were able to have different flavors in each tier which was a nice alternative to doing cupcakes. All of our guests kept asking who did our cake because they wanted to order for themselves. Wendy also did my cupcake engagement ring for my bridal shower and has since done my 30th birthday cake. I won't order from anyone else!

Wendy would have set them up if it wasn't so hot out but for the sake of the cake/cupcakes we had to put them out last minute. I love that they offer a complimentary sweetheart cake on your one year anniversary so you don't have to eat year old frozen cake! Definitely makes us feel valued by the business.
