I specifically asked for extra salami on my giant stickball sandwich got charged extra for it and also left a good tip not sure what the disconnect on the communication was but I’m not happy you can see in the picture only one slice of salami

The subs they offer are awesome. The bread is soft and fresh, but never got soggy. The ingredients used were fresh and full of flavor. I do wish they had more to offer in topping and foods, but if what you do is that good I guess it doesn't make much sense. We actually intentionally drove over an hour to try this. It was worth the trip.

I came in about 30 minutes before closing—not exactly the crime of the century—but you would’ve thought I’d asked them to rebuild the kitchen from scratch. The staff complained about making our food right in front of us, exchanged dramatic eye-rolls, and served up dirty looks instead of customer service. Keep in mind, this was for two simple $10 sandwiches. If you’re open, customers should feel welcome, not like they just crashed your private party. I left with my order, but also with the clear reminder that good manners cost nothing… and apparently, that’s still too expensive for some.
Next time I’m craving attitude with my meal, I’ll know exactly where to go.

I’ve been going to Jersey Mike’s for a long time all over the country and I’ve been to this exact location multiple times. After going there yesterday I will never go to this location again. If you want Jersey Mike’s go to one with better service and a correctly made sandwich. You shouldn’t pay 20$ for a sandwich and be disappointed when you’ve had the same thing every time for years and know what to expect.

This is our go to place. The #17 and #13 are our favorites. I wish they would bring back the meatball sub since we never got to try it.
