When I unwrapped the Italian sub I ordered I thought it was just bread. Could hardly see any of the meat lettuce or tomatoes on it. May have been a one time mistake, but I’ll not pay the price again to find out. Service was pretty bad, seemed that I was a bother to them.

If you have an allergy to anything DONT come here. Normally Jersey Mike’s is my go to when traveling due to them being able to accommodate my gluten allergy and my friends mushroom allergy. While ordering we both stated our allergies, and then we watched them cook my meat on the flattop after having bread on it, without cleaning. And the same thing with mushrooms. Not only that they we ordered a wrap and was almost given bread. They took some of the meat off the bread and put it on the wrap. Then the person behind us ordered a sandwich and got the beginnings of the messed up sandwich. The person behind us ordered at least 5 minutes after we did so the bread and meat were just sitting there on the counter for a bit. When we finally got our sandwiches the lady gave us major attitude and was extremely unpleasant. I’m not sorry our allergy’s were an inconvenience to you. They also weren’t busy at this time.

Amazing food, horrible customer service. Walked in at 8:40, store closes at 9. Last I checked, a customer can be served up until closing. Zero greeting or smile, completely abrasive attitude. Working families with kids who play sports rely on quick meals some nights without making a person paying 36 dollars for two subs feel like a total inconvenience.

Ethan and the rest of the crew are always fast and efficient. Subs are delicious every time. They put in the effort to make sure it’s made how you like it.
Very good. You usually can't skew up a sub that has fresh sliced meats and decent bread. The "Mikes way" style includes salt, pepper, oil and venegar on top of the regular stuff that comes with the sub. Much better than Subway or Jimmy johns, but not as good as some local deli subs I have had.

I got a double meat and extra cheese cheesesteak without green peppers. The cheese was not melted into the steak, I had maybe 5 pieces of onion and the roll was dry. Not a good value for over 20 dollars.

First time eating at Jersey Mikes and certainly won’t be my last. Way better than subway and all those other chain restaurants.The chipotle steak was unreal good! The steak was actually hot, straight off the grill! It taste so fresh.My parents ordered a giant ham sandwich. The look on their face when they saw the size was like they saw Big Foot!Good value for your money and goods quality ingredients

Changing my rating.... I usually go in and get the sub but I thought I would try the online ordering. I trusted it would be a good sub because they are usually awesome when I go in and order it. When I got back to work, I opened it up and it was squished, cut horribly (not even the entire way through), and the ingredients were falling out. I was very sad. And no napkin :(

Ethan is always so pleasant and knows exactly what I want when I go in. He can always make the guests smile. He is a perfect manager and knows how to treat his guests even when they are busy.
