In general if the sub is made correctly I enjoy it here. But, like others it’s often wrong. Recently I went to the drive thru ordered a veggie sub no mayo. The sub has mayo so I go through and ask for a sub with no mayo. Literally again they made it with mayo. So I go back around and say this still has mayo? I get a 3 rd sub and it doesn’t have mayo, but it also doesn’t have the toppings I asked for in the first 2 ( jimmy peppers and pickles ) so I go inside and just ask for that in a little cup. How is that even possible lol besides myself I saw one other vehicle that whole time. So busy isn’t an excuse. It was confusing to say the least.

I ordered two sandwich’s. A turkey Tim and a Jimmy Cubano, the turkey Tom was perfect but the Jimmy cubano I asked for with no mustard. Looks like they tried covering it up. I am pregnant and just the smell of mustard is off putting.

I go to this Jimmy John’s a lot because my son likes their food. So I will frequently go through the drive through and pick him up a sandwich. Here’s the thing: he likes the slim 4 with no cheese. That’s turkey on bread - that’s the entire sandwich! So hard to screw that up. And YET … at least 50% of the time they screw it up!! I’m so tired of it. I drive 30 minutes there and back only to bring my son, who’s a very picky eater, a sandwich that he won’t eat because it has tomato, lettuce, and mayonnaise on it. Every time I order, I VERY CLEARLY and slowly enunciate “Slim 4 with no cheese”. And they still screw it up. I’m just gonna start asking if I can come in back and make the sandwich myself. They can’t handle turkey on bread.

We normally love Jimmy John’s but had a terrible experience going through the drive thru on Sunday evening. I ordered 2 of the $10 total meal deals that were advertised online. After ordering, I was asked to pull around and told “we don’t have a button for that deal” They already made my food, had it bagged and ready but the lady told me I needed to pay full price because they didn’t know how to ring it up. I asked politely if It would be ok to just order online or how I could get the food at that price and was told I would have to place the order online, park and come inside to get the food which defeats the purpose of ordering through the drive through. She had zero empathy or customer service skills. I’ve worked in food service I would never disrespect or be rude over a coupon. She was clearly annoyed at every customer and that is a sure way to scare away customers.

Stopped for a quick lunch, girl at counter was a little snarky cause we didn't know what we wanted within 2 minutesof walking in the door..none of the sub combinations looked appealing..went across street to Firehouse Subs.

Decided that I should probably try this place since it's been around a while. I'm not sure why I hadn't tried it in the past, but definitely worth the stop. The food was good, everything was clean and the people were friendly. I'm not sure why it wasn't busier, but I guess I shouldn't complain about a quick visit!
