Our server Katie was amazing! But I've never gone to a facility in my whole life where they buy frozen fully cooked burgers. And then try to pass them off as being cooked at their facility. Worst Burger in my whole life. I'd rather chew the shoe off my foot. At least it would have been warm. But our server was outstanding.

Megan is the best bar tender. She remembers you, is fast and makes the best Moscow mule. I've only been here about 3 or 4 times. But it is easily becoming one of my favorites and im becoming a regular. Definitely recommend.

Great beer and food. I had a burger, not sure if i could have chose the temp, it was well done but still delicious. Wife had the chicken bacon ranch wrap that was really good.

This was our first experience at John Russell's. Our server was Brooke who was absolutely amazing with our large soccer club from Ontario, Canada. Despite what is happening between our two countries one thing is for sure. We love Erie and will always support local restaurants and businesses in the area. Brooke was able to handle our soccer club with ease vs another restaurant close by. She was quick, efficient, friendly and above all else served us with a smile everytime.

Thank you Brooke and we will definitely come back shortly!!!

We stopped here for lunch & a beer while visiting from Minnesota and it was lovely! The food was awesome - my husband had the wings and I had a burger. We also tried the Reece's Flatbread and that was super yummy. The beer & sour were great too. Highly recommend if you're in the area

My family of 5 came here at 6:30pm on a Friday night and we were sat immediately, our server Michelle offered to take the kids food order first, brought out the pizza shortly after, and the rest of the food a few minutes after that. We were in and out in 45 minutes (antsy kids) and the food was SO GOOD we ate every last bite and left stuffed. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Awesome brewery!! Great friendly staff and owner with fantastic beers!!! Met wonderful people there. Us Clevelanders had a fun time. We will be back for sure!! Thank you, Russell, for the beer glass too!
