ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel, was very surprised to see the egg and bacon being heated up in the microwave. the egg and bacon was definitely prepped days prior. the bagels are definitely not fresh or made daily. the atmosphere is basic, the service was normal. not even close to a “brooklyn bagel”.

We ordered breakfast bagel sandwiches and a plain bagel with cinnamon butter. We were not satisfied with any of it. The bagels were soft and flattened, and the eggs tasted like they had not been seasoned at all. The sandwiches were bland tasting with an unpleasant texture. The plain bagel was also flattened and oddly soft, the cinnamon butter wasn't sweet, tasted like just cinnamon and butter. Hopefully it was just an off day for them. Normally I would assume it was just flat and soft from being delivery, but we get bagels from other shops delivered and they are always in good shape.

Went the other day for the first time and the employee assisting us seemed to be in a bad mood and annoyed by our request. Ordered two breakfast bagels which were good but I wish they had different options for cheese and when I ordered a cold brew (not realizing the flavored syrups were additional) she seems annoyed at my request for them which I had no problem paying for given I had not checked out yet.

My hubby and I won free lunch today. Everything was fresh and delicious. The bagels were excellent and the deli meat compliments them well.
I highly recommend the new Jo’s Brooklyn Bagel and can’t wait to come back and try some other things.
