The bagels are the best ever!
microwaved. egg.
The service was great !!! bagels good as always, and always have a fresh breakfast or lunch. cream cheese is amazing.
Absolutely wild to me that this place has the audacity to call itself “Brooklyn bagel”. These bagels are worse than a week old grocery bagel. They’re soft and doughy and are more akin to Wonder bread than any bagel from NY that I’ve ever seen. They don’t even compare to the bagels of East PA or NJ. It is so far removed from any good bagel that I wouldn’t even call these bagels. The bagel sandwiches are constructed with microwaved liquid egg that’s pre cooked and kept in Tupperware until it’s ready to be heated up for a sandwich. Lazy and disgusting. Being from the east coast I had faith that a place that references NY and had high ratings would have a decent bagel but you’re way better off going to some shit diner where they at least have the decency and work ethic to crack open an egg and fry it. Don’t waste your time

The bagels are not what they once were. They are always dense and flat with no flavor and toppings. They are cheeping out. Plus the cream cheese is the consistency of whipped cream.... disgusting
The workers were very nice, however, easily the worst bacon egg and cheese I’ve ever had in my life. Bagel was horrible and they’re “Brooklyn inspired” (whatever that means), and the food was microwaved. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who’s had a decent bagel in their life. Being from Brooklyn they should just be called Jo’s Erie bagels.
Always clean delicious and courteous staff, so glad one near my home in glenwood and one downtown where I work! Awesome just wish they had endless supply of everything bagels!!! Lol
Kid-friendliness: No children were harmed in the making of my bagel sandwich!!!

worst bacon egg and cheese i've ever had in my life, the egg was nasty and microwaved. is it so hard to run a griddle in your shop to make fresh bacon and eggs? literally felt like a sick joke

Really good bagels. Chewy crust and soft doughy inside. Beats franchise bagels any day. We are from out of town and are taking a dozen home with us. Next time in town, we are coming back for more.
