Normally, I really like KFC, but my experience at this location today was horrible. How terrible is it that they won’t put out napkins and salt pepper utensils they don’t put any of that out where we can get it don’t offer. It have to wait in line employees act like they don’t even wanna give you anything have a terrible attitude. Food was mediocre fountain drink. The Pepsi tasted horrible like it needed more syrup. Everything just made it a horrible experience employees who acted like they really didn’t even wanna be there

I was in here ordering just one chicken sandwich and it took 30 minutes for them to finish making it. Not to mention I was the only person in line and there were three cars in the drive thru. Store could be cleaner

It was freezing inside bc the furnace was broken. But no one said anything until we asked if they could turn up the heat. Food was cold. There was a child in the back somewhere calling for her mom every 2 minutes. The guy that took our order couldn't understand what we wanted, I had to refer to the board multiple times just for him to understand what we wanted. It was the worst experience. Never again.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced, stood at the counter for 15 minutes while multiple employees walked passed and didn’t even care to acknowledge or take my order while it was slow, the interior was dirty and run down. Should not be open for business
Lets be clear - I have been in many KFCs. This one is by far the cleanest one, the friendliest one...and has one of the best teams I have ever seen. I recommend you promote the general manager Becky to District Manager. I can't believe she hasn't been promoted already with the way her team members were shouting her praise when I ate there last week. On top of all of that - the food was cooked perfectly. I will definitely eat there again. Funny how when I asked them their secret they stated "It's all about the community"...yes it certainly is at the KFC at Buffalo Road in Erie.
