I ordered 1 1/2 hrs ahead of time and my order was not ready at the scheduled time and there were only 2 tables in the restaurant. When I asked about my order they told me I had to wait. They made 2 orders ahead of mine that weren't scheduled to be picked up after mine. When tge girl finally put my order together, she pretty much threw my order on the counter with no comment. Both counter girls were quite rude and argued the whole time I was there!

If the greasy looking glass doors and windows don't put you off (inside and out) look to the dining room being a bit run down and dirty. If front of house looks this dirty, I can't imagine what the food prep areas look like.
Service/speed was fine - it's fast food so the bar is pretty low.
Food was reheated or just cold.
Avoid - the housekeeping at this location should tell you everything you need to know about whether to eat here.

On Tuesday 5/6/25 I visited this KFC at 9:20 in the evening. The doors were locked with employees inside. Now I know it's open till 10:30 but no one bothered to get up and let me know the drive through was open till I went to the window and interrupted one who was on his phone. That is Lazy and Inconsiderate. So I got in my car and went to the drive through speaker and was informed that they were out of all the chicken I ordered. Wow! A chicken restaurant out of chicken. So I went home and when I looked up this location I was amazed by all the poor reviews this place has received. And I can clearly see they are all valid. Apparently the owner of this franchise and the manager of this location are not interested in improving the cleanliness or the rude employees or the service in general. So maybe the national corporate office should come down here and close the place until it cleaned, updated and hire employees who know how to treat customers with respect. I am now one more customer who will not return changes are made and I will share my experience with many others.

Avoid this KFC at all costs. They will screw up your order. For whatever reason they push their gross mash potatoes on their customers when it was clear that Mac and cheese was ordered. Also, the drive thru lane is in shitty condition.🤬

Had to wait a half an hour for the chicken to be done when we got at home open the bucket and it was dark like it been grease from last week it was terrible not the first time I've had problems with this place never going back there
My bf and I went there to pickup some dinner and the lady at drive thru was very rude , they forgot our ranch so we went in to get some and we're standing at the counter for abt 7 mins

The young manager was extremely rude and she would rather argue than to resolve the situation we went through. Afterwards they almost messed up our order after the long discussion about our order and what went wrong. Great thing we checked the bag! Unbelievable.

The whole place feels dirty when you walk in, the floor looks like it hasnt washed in months, all the windows...the same, the food was pretty good, had to wash my hands after eating went to restroom and oooh my! did it stink in there!! To top it all off the facet barely ran, i would call it a heavy trickle...sad...will never return, Sorry Mr. Colonel Sanders but you would understand if you seen.
