Had to wait a half an hour for the chicken to be done when we got at home open the bucket and it was dark like it been grease from last week it was terrible not the first time I've had problems with this place never going back there

My bf and I went there to pickup some dinner and the lady at drive thru was very rude , they forgot our ranch so we went in to get some and we're standing at the counter for abt 7 mins

The young manager was extremely rude and she would rather argue than to resolve the situation we went through. Afterwards they almost messed up our order after the long discussion about our order and what went wrong. Great thing we checked the bag! Unbelievable.

Had to wait about 10 minutes to get our food, understandable but it was lunch time and was chicken tenders. Restaurant definitely needs some updating and cleaning. Employees were all great.

The whole place feels dirty when you walk in, the floor looks like it hasnt washed in months, all the windows...the same, the food was pretty good, had to wash my hands after eating went to restroom and oooh my! did it stink in there!! To top it all off the facet barely ran, i would call it a heavy trickle...sad...will never return, Sorry Mr. Colonel Sanders but you would understand if you seen.

PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING! I am absolutely heartbroken and outraged by the experience my mother and I had at this KFC. The employees at this location were shockingly rude and disrespectful, displaying behavior that no customer should ever have to endure.
My mother, a disabled 50-year-old woman, was treated in the most degrading manner. When she went to pick up the food she had PAID for online, the young employees made cruel and nasty comments about her weight. To make matters worse, they outright REFUSED to give her the food she had ordered and paid for. My poor mother left the restaurant in tears, devastated by how she was treated.
Despite my attempts to get the situation resolved with customer care outside, the employee in question completely ignored any efforts to address the issue. The customer service representative was simply trying to tell her to give my mother her food she ordered. However, the lady wouldn’t even acknowledge my mother or even say what her name was, she kept saying "It doesn't concern you what my name is" The girl didn't even take a moment to listen. The sheer lack of empathy and respect was both sickening and infuriating...
It is beyond comprehension how such immature, and ignorant employees are trusted to serve customers. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying. No one should EVER have to feel humiliated when simply trying to pick up their meal. This experience has left me in pieces, knowing how deeply it hurt my mother.
KFC should be ashamed to have such horrible staff representing their brand. This location clearly needs to hire employees who understand basic human decency and respect, or it should shut down entirely. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially toward someone as truly kind-hearted and loving as my mother. This experience was deeply upsetting and I urge others to think twice before visiting this KFC.

Every time I go there the floor is extremely greasy, sticky. This time when I visited my shoes which were flip flops stuck to the floor in front of the register . I darn near fell over and my feet pulled out of my shoes which my feet landed on that disgusting floor. Unfortunately my feet touched that floor and were sticky . I couldn't wait to get home and wash my feet. That place could use a good deep cleaning.

If your employee wore the right size pants or a belt, he wouldn't keep on pulling his pants up without changing his gloves... ... he likes to take chicken out with using his left hand though he has tongs in his right hand. Maybe get more tongs so he can double up.

This place was totally disgusting. There was chicken laying on the floor. There was soo much dirt in the vena above us. We were to wait over an hour for extra crispy chicken. It was 5:30pm which is dinner/ supper time. The bathroom wasn't clean.
