Saturday 4/13 @ appx 8:30PM. Saw a vehicle going through the drive thru. I pulled up to order and waited for a few minutes. Someone then asked for my order and I asked for a 12 piece bucket and a couple sides. Then was told it would be a half hour wait because they were "out of chicken". Why let people wait if you're out of what people are there for. Should block the drive thru and turn off the drive thru menu lights.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The chicken was not only overcooked, but you could tell it was cooked in old oil and sat in the warmer way too long, it was almost black. The biscuits weren't even fully cooked, I could squish liquid out of it it was so raw. As if the food wasn't bad enough, there were 0 clean tables, the floor was covered in food, then one of the workers came and swept around where we were eating, so close I could've bumped him with my elbow without even stretching my arm out, so I had all the food, dirt and who knows what else swirling around me. Never again. Never left KFC without left over food and hungry until now. Waste of $30.

Stopped here for lunch while traveling. This was the first time in my life that I walked out without ordering because the entire place was filthy. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year!
I placed an order online for three-piece meal. I received two drumsticks, and one thigh that were cold. The french fries were cold. I asked for my drink to have no ice, it had ice. Not good and so disappointing!

This was our consolation because Cheddars was closed at 9:30, when their hours clearly said open until 10pm.
This is a dismal dining experience from start to stop. The parking lot is dirty with no customers. The interior is shabby at best. Do not eat here.

My husband and I are up here visiting. We went through the drive-thru, and I asked the lady if they offered Military discount, she said yes and rolled her eyes. I gave her my card to pay, she handed it back to me and walked away. She was talking to another employee and he literally dumped our food in the bag, shoved the bag in my face and walked away.Management needs to train their people better.

The manager asked if everything was good and my son said no because his food was gone so he went back and got him more chicken nuggets and didn't charge us. That was amazing and thank you :)
