So I want to start by saying I was a little skeptical about the 4.7 rating with 193 people . I went to another restaurant before that and it said 4.8, I would say that place was a 4.1. However Kirin court is soooooo good . I want to say this is the best Chinese take out I think I ever had or Atleast top 3 best. If you are in town of Erie PA , stop by and try the food . I would say Kirin definitely deserves this 4.7

This has got to be, hands down, the best Chinese food we have had in a very, very long time. It has instantly become our family's go to spot when we are in Erie. Everything we have ordered has been amazing. The portion size is large, and the price is fair for that portion size.
My daughter and I's favorite thing to order from them, currently, is their Orange Beef. My wife's favorite is the General Tso's chicken. The staff is always very friendly, and the food comes out reasonably quickly for being made fresh.
If you are considering ordering from them, I would highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

I have been here twice now and both times were such a wonderful experience!! The woman that runs the restaurant is such a sweetheart and is always so kind. Both times she has given me an extra little treat (once an orange and once a bag of fruit snacks) for no extra charge. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the leftovers keep well. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

3/14/25. I ordered General Tso's, Take-Out for Home. When I got home to eat >> the Meal was Tasteless, Bland, Not Spicy, NO Sauce/Chicken was EXTREMELY DRY !!! Very stingy with Soy Sauce and Duck Sauce > "1 Small Packet" of each. Not even enough to moisten the Chicken.....
Gave it to my Dog and Cats !!!
I wasted my $$$$.

Not bad at all to be American Chinese. Hearty portions, decent flavors and better than most American Chinese restaurants.

We had the sweet and sour chicken, hot and sour soup and Singapore Mei Fun.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. That's a serious plus.

I would try this place again.

We ordered orange chicken, and general tso, 2 orders of each, with veggie lomein, and fried rice, the veggies lo mein was not bad according to my wife, but everyone in the house ended up tossing most of the meal in the trash without being able to finish it.

All 4 meals the chicken was extremely dry, and difficult to swallow at times. I understand it may be made with real chicken breast which is different compared to most other chinese restaurants but I don't think it's that difficult to deliver a juicy, tender, chicken breast..

Very unfortunate after spending 50+$ on food to watch the children and ourselves throw it in the garbage.

Live and ya learn. Maybe it was a mistake and the chicken normally isn't that dry, but unfortunately the menu went with the food to the trash and we won't be giving it another shot.

Very good food overall, but the beef on stick had silverskin on most pieces and was very gamey. All other food was good, the BBQ ribs were amazing, sweet n sour not greasy, light, and not overcooked. Beef n shrimp fried rice needed more salt/msg/soy, but overall good. Would recommend, but be wary the beef on stick
