Being from WNY, every time we go on road trips passing through Erie, you know we’re stopping by to get some Krispy Kreme. Their donuts are to die for and always gets the family in a good mood. There are days where we get fresh donuts and some days we don’t. They still taste great regardless but you should ask them for fresh donuts if you plan to make a stop here.

Out of a $47 dollar bill for 3 dozen donuts, they would not except a $50 as payment!
Since when did "legal tender for all debts" become unexpectable!?
Very disappointed.

They have the worst customer service ever all the girls there need an attitude check especially the chick Salem that was at the window yesterday. Didn't have any of the donuts they claimed to have when asked when they would be available the chick shrugged and shut the window on me by far the worst person to have taking orders

Only has drive thru no in-store purchases and at 1030 in the morning they were sold out of lemon and raspberry filled donuts already. So disappointed!

Honestly I'm not one to leave bad remarks, but this was the worst customer experience I've ever encountered on a road trip. Couldn't do basic math then tried telling us our gift card was at $0 AFTER they scanned it, insisting we owed more money. However, the manager came to handle the situation and was very helpful. Thank you to him for making it right.

That the lobby is closed is noted nowhere on this location's information.

Horrible Customer Service.
I called the night before and asked the lady on the phone what is the best way to order two dozen glazed doughnuts for the next morning. She advised me it would be the fastest to just go through the drive thru at 6am the next morning and they will be made fresh for me.
I get to the drive thru at 6:15 and nobody is on the speaker, I pull up to the window and nobody is there to give me my doughnuts as discussed.
I walk inside the store because there were workers in there making doughnuts and they kick me out saying that they are closed. Even though it is 6:30am and it’s posted everywhere they open at 6am. This was a huge inconvenience considering the night before I was told they would be ready.
Caused me to be late to work without the doughnuts I promised and called in advance about.

You can never bank on picking up something from here because they probably won’t have the staff to open or help.

Erie PA: Only the drive thru is open and it is taking 5 minutes per car. Most are leaving without ordering. Was told by employee that lobby has been closed for a long time and probably forever!

The app really sucks. Anytime they run special flavors this store is always out. We love their donuts but it's frustrating using the app & that they never have all of the special donuts.

Parking: We use the drive thru

No point in going if you can't go inside and get them freshly made anymore. Till this changes just go elsewhere.

Showed up at 6:30am on 11/24. Online and the sign on the door said they should be open at 6am, but the door was locked. I called to see if there was a problem and was told it was drive-thru only, When I pointed out that the sign said they should be open (and there was no additional sign explaining the situation) the person on the phone said "drive through is open so you can DRIVE. THROUGH. That's how it works." I was so disgusted with his attitude that I left. I went to McDonald's. They were open AND had Krispy Cream donuts, so there's no need to go to this particular Krispy Cream location anymore, and I won't be,
