I've been here twice now. I love salads, so it's a big hit for me. There are a lot of choices, which I love. Erie definitely needed a healthy restaurant like this so I definitely suggest trying it out. They have some options for meat heads too and a ton of vegan and vegetarian options. Poppy seed dressing is so good. They also offer grain bowls so if you are super hungry, I suggest a grain bowl and a small salad (which is still pretty substantial). The prices are pretty reasonable as well. They also do salads that they created and so far I've had the sweet leaf, which I loved. The ingredients are super fresh.

Usually I have a pretty decent experience here, I love the quality of the food and the healthy options I can chose from. Today my overall experience was not so good. My boyfriend and I met on my lunch break from work to get a healthy bite. We entered the store and were not greeted, we actually waited around for close to 5 minutes before walking up to the front door and shaking the bell that was hanging.. My boyfriend had knocked on the counter top a few times trying to get an employees’ attention with still no sign or sight of anyone, I assumed the employee on shift was just in the restroom. To my surprise 2 employees ended up strolling from the back of the restaurant. We were still not greeted only asked what we would like, so I ordered. The customer service these ladies presented was below the performance I had previously experienced from prior employees at Lettuce Head. I was not sure who was manager on duty at the time of this to bring the issue up with. I figured this message can or will get relayed to whomever it may concern this way. I do not have names only description of the employees who made my recent experience unpleasant but I do not plan on revisiting to have this be a future occurrence.

So delicious!! Lots of great gluten-free, vegan & vegetarian things ! The staff was so nice, friendly and kind when I was asking about gluten-free items ! I had the Leaf me Alone salad and wow , my taste buds were happy ! The vegan chili was excellent, GF chocolate cake was yummy !

i get the cali grain bowl everytime i go and it NEVERRR fails to disappoint. they cater to any substitutions and add ons and everything is always fresh. my fave post workout place to go, 10/10 :-)

I got a Lettuce Hula with a side soup of Vegan Southwest Chili. Both were fantastic! The salad was super fresh, all the ingredients worked super well together- the dressing was fantastic as well! The chili tasted great and had a decent zing to it! Highly recommend this place!

My boyfriend and I got the wraps, I got the Hawaiian and he got the Asian. The flavors were good, but I could only eat 1 as all of the toppings were thrown about, and the lettuce split as soon as i tried to eat it. Boyfriend says the staff was not very helpful. We won’t be coming back!
