Usually love this place, order several times a week. Got Hot and Spicy 3 Taste today. Had barely any chicken or shrimp and think the 3rd was pork but couldn't really find any. Called just to tell them, didn't want a refund or free anything I was told I should order something different next time. Paid $12.95 for a bowl of onions and peppers. I'm familiar with the Hot and Spicy dishes and know the main vegetables are peppers and onions just expected for the price to have SOME proteins in it. Do better.

My wife and I order from Ling Ling fairly often. I think they have the best Chinese food on the West Side and in Erie in general. The cheese rangoons are the best I've ever had, especially when they first come out of the fryer hot and fresh.

I ordered chicken wings, honey chicken, and pork fried rice no vegetable I go to eat there's onions in my rice I called the business they said they replaced the rice then they gave me a hard time about replacing the chicken because it would be cold after 30 minutes waiting for the rice then the owner told me he no longer wants my business after this we always place an order between 20 to 40 dollar orders and leave the delivery driver five bucks every time and they treated a royal customer when we ordered two to three times a week from them the delivery driver was fine he's cool as hell

Ordered food and I live about 5 minutes from the restaurant I opted for them to deliver. 1hr and 20 minutes later I called and I was told the driver should be here shortly. I got my food minutes later, and the food was cold .I called again and the excuse was we are busy. The girl on the phone had an excuse for everything. I used to get good service there I wonder what happened to their service.
