what happened to that pizza? we ordered the Detroit cause I like thick pizza OMG it was bad the box was nothing but all grease. like it had been in the box for hours. They said they had a breakdown. the breadsticks were burnt. will not order again.
Tried to get food there twice this week, inexperienced unprofessional children working there, piss poor customer service, food is never fresh, never have hot n ready, ready at all, tell me a 10 minute wait and ends up taking 30 minutes. Completely clueless staff. Either the managers need fired or the manager needs to step up and run that store correctly.
It’s supposed to be open until 10pm. We went inside and ordered at 9:30, went outside to wait. 5 minutes later, they locked the doors. We called, saw at least three people inside but nobody answered the phone. Went and asked the two employees smoking outside what was going on and was told we had to go through the drive through to get our order, even though nobody told us that when we placed the order INSIDE.
