Stopped to get a "Hot and ready" recieved a "Hard and stale" instead. The pizza wasn't even hot enough or fresh enough to melt the butter garlic spread you pay extra for. By the time you get home to see what's in the box it's not worth going back to ask for a fresh one, and why wait 20 plus minutes for that? If I wanted to wait I would order for pick up, im not the one marketing "Hot and ready" the gentlemen working the counter said they had 3 available, and I guess he gave me the worst one available. Only positive is at least it looked clean inside the store.

Sorry about the 3. Should have been a 5. I probably stop once a week. The kids are all nice. I think I honest to God like the pizza the next day cold! Always get the hot and ready.
Nice building, But ovens burned my pizza all 3 visits. Staff is nice though. Mabe one more employee needed to watch the pizza timers

We ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas. They were cooked perfectly. Came out hot and the cheese pull was on point. We have no complaints. Was the perfect stop after visiting Waldameer.
