I ordered to fresh cheese and pep pizza with a little extra sauce so I could taste it they charged for a extra item then when I picked them up I saw a employee take one from the hot and ready side when I got home one was all dried up and had almost no sauce (they had 16 hot and ready made up and not selling) I called them and told them what I saw and they said it was a accident not the first time they have done this when they refunded me for the pizza they tried to give me regular price not what I paid

We've been getting pizza here forever. And the decline in the last couple of years is frightening. The quality is awful, pizza is often cold, not cut properly, sloppy. And the service is worse. I returned last month for a replacement lunch special in the same week as instructed after receiving a fried pizza previously. The young man and his equally youthful assistant refused to honor the replacement.I can never obtain the name of a manager or owner and I am done going here. There's a Marco's, Donato's, Valerio's, Papa John's and Patti's Pizza in the same neighborhood.Little Caesars is done.

We ordered 1 large, thin crust pepperoni pizza, 1 large, regular round pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms and an order of italian cheese bread. Both pizzas and the cheese bread were absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing!! We haven't always had the best experience with the quality of the product ordered, but when they get it right it is AMAZING! Keep up the great work and thank you VERY MUCH!!! :D

Was sold completely cold pizza .Asked for a hot and ready with butter Parm when he put the butter Parm on he should’ve been able to see that the cheese wasn’t even melted. I was in a hurry to get home, and I only live a quarter of a mile away. I called when I got home and the person who answered said thanks for letting him know. I paid nine dollars for a pizza I had to heat myself. And was never even offered to come and get a hot one. Please don’t ever stop making pizza boxes, you will probably be doing it for a very long time.

Still waiting for corporate to call me back. I don’t know who else to talk to because I never see an adult there. On aug 30th I was there to pick up a pizza that was a replacement pizza for one a few weeks prior that was raw. I guess employees must be stock holders and weren’t happy to let one go no charge because it was cooked even less than the original pizza and wasn’t even cut. It was basically thrown at me. I’m not sure what the employee mumbled either but I was polite and thanked him. I got home and couldn’t believe I was given that pizza. I laughed at first but then I felt like it had a soapy taste maybe because of the obvious unhappy employee. I’ve been going to this store for at least 30 years. I can’t believe for this being my first problem I was treated so poorly. I guess I can always go to Patties.

I use to work here I had to leave because I moved, but everyone I worked with felt like I was with my family we would get a lot of Karen's come in and complain about perfectly good pizza's after we had taken multiple order's for hundreds of pizza's, but now it's under new management and has been gutted for all of its good employees as have other locations, but I'd recommend you try to be nice alot of the workers are young and it's hard to serve everyone when your being hammered by the drive through and Karen's during lunch hours.But if I had to recommend anything, you get the Detroit Style Deep Dish or Zesty Cheese Bread with butter parm and get them well done
