Ordered delivery, the pizza was brought quite quickly and looked perfect upon opening the box, and tasted equally as good! (It was a deluxe pizza). Definitely worth it.

Don't bother, experience online was a joke, "shift manager" was a joke, bad overall experience, $30 for a single pizza because they screwed up, move on to next place for good pizza

I'm looking forward to having this pizza again sometime soon. It sure does smell good while I'm driving it to the customers:). I haven't had their Pizza since they opened. In my personal experience, I think it's easier to place an order ahead of time.
MARCO'S, like most Pizza shops in Erie, does not really have a lot of seating in the waiting area. It is my understanding that they have deals online but this is something else I have to investigate :). There is a lot of places with their own apps (ex McDonalds, Taco Bell, and Wendy's). I know as a customer on Uber Eats and Instacart, that deals are running all the time. I've even received a couple almost entirely free meals as a subscribing member. As frustrating as apps and downloads can be, it is worth it. You stand to save quite a bit of money! Marco's Pizza is reasonably priced too.! I can't wait to discover their deals.
Parking: If you don't have time to call before you arrive there's a parking lot in which you can sit and place your order and then wait in your car until it's ready. I personally recommend ordering ahead of time. They get pretty busy!

I ordered a pizza online for my uncle so he can pick it up after hunting, I ordered this order online I even called the store to confirm my order went through because the website wasn't working correctly when I was using it they confirmed it did my uncle goes in to pick up his pizza they tell him there's no order made under my name at all he calls me puts me on speaker they're still insisting that there's no order until he finally gives my phone number and then he proceeds to say to my uncle the order was canceled now how is that this place is horrible this is the one on East 38th Street don't eat there the people that work there shouldn't even be working there.

I ordered meatball subs, 1 sub was burnt, I called the store said they could not do anything because I used Grubhub. How could anyone think it was acceptable to send the sub in this condition?
Really nice inside. Staff was really nice as well. Got a pizza to share with my brother and they brought the pizza out to us at the table. Really nice 10/10 ❤️❤️

Delicious pizza. High stress environment due to a dinner rush of people and not enough staff. I think the manager or whoever was in charge needs to not yell so much, but otherwise a very delicious meal.

Only leaving the bottom so people can understand the update…. After writing this review I thought to myself why would they do that it was driving me crazy … then I looked at the receipt my wife accidentally hit contactless delivery so this is 100% on us the driver did exactly what he was supposed to do.
As always the food is absolutely amazing… but there delivery service is honestly terrible no sooner did he ring the bell he started heading back to his car leaving my pizza and pizzoli on the cement… if he waited just thirty seconds longer he would have seen two five dollar bills put into his hand. I have never had a pizza place just leave my food except one time when it took me a few min to get to the door and that was on me.
