I get their pizza often and it's my favorite. Unfortunately the taste was different the last time I ordered. Even my son said it tasted different to him. I'm not sure if it was bad cheese or if they changed something in the sauce recipe but I'm really hoping that it was a one time thing or I will no longer be eating their pizza.

The service we had at Marcos was excellent. We placed an online order for pickup which showed as canceled online however we got charged for it. We decided to just chance it and go in at our pickup time. They didn’t have our order and the manager on duty took care of us right away and got us our food! To make it better we only had to wait 10 minutes for them to get our pizza, breadsticks, and cinnamon bites. And we got to use the coupon they had sent us in the mail! Thank you Marcos!

We typically enjoy Marcos. But, I feel the experience I had as well as several others needs to be addressed (but I can only speak for myself) I walk into the establishment about 445 when my order was for 5 pm, there were several people I in there waiting already. I went up to the young man at the counter, who was mentally delayed. I checked on my order and he advised they are working on it and it’ll be up shortly. So I wait about 30 mins longer. I check back with a different person and they tell me there are 30 orders ahead of mine. I cancelled my order and went with a backup plan.
I am not blaming the young man at the counter, I’m sure he had no idea what was going on in the kitchen. What is upsetting is I overheard a worker state they had 50 online orders for 5 pm. I know there is a way to disable online ordering, why wasn’t it done. Why would an establishment continue to take orders knowing they would not be able to fulfill orders in a timely manner. That was poor customer service that could have been alleviated had they turned off online orders or made it knows that we would be waiting hours for our order.

I did not get to try their food because I was delivering for a customer, but boy did it smell good! :)! The staff was in the process of cleaning and getting ready for closing, but they weren't grumpy and exhausted like some businesses. The whole staff was friendly, AND provided above and beyond customer care. While I am on the east side and they are very far on the west side, I look forward to trying their food and seeing them again.
Parking: This location is rather awkward, and I almost missed my turn to get to what looks like a plaza by the Sheetz on westridge. I didn't even know this little area existed. Frankly there should be a sign or something indicating the multiple stores that are in this Plaza back off of the road.
What happen to the Marco's in Lancaster, NY? They had a good thing going with the video store right next to it. I believe it got shut down because of the stupid SCAMDEMIC!? That and hollywood video closed.
