Been going to this place since I was a kid and it is a crime to pass this place up. With heaping portions and delectable comfort food for extraordinarily low prices, I can't think of a reason to not drop by. From wings and pizza to spaghetti and ravioli they have you covered, and they can feed a whole family for under 60 bucks (and probably have leftovers!) - a feat nigh impossible as of late when it comes to eating out. I work in the activities department for Soldiers' and Sailors' Home and this evening we were very pleased with our outing at Maria's Pizza. Not only did their diverse menu hit the spot for many picky eaters, but it also provided a great family atmosphere. The staff was very kind and courteous, respectful of our Veterans and they served us with perfect time, especially since our crowd is typically not known to be very patient and/or have short attention spans. One of the members of our family has a life threatening egg allergy. I called Maria's to see if there was egg in their sub rolls. The man that answered the phone didn't think so, but he didn't just guess. He took the time to call the bakery that makes their rolls. He confirmed that there was no eggs used.
