A lot of times, the McDonald's restaurants around here have issues with getting orders done without at least one error. During a busy Saturday afternoon, this one got everything correct without us having to circle back around for them to finish the order. Extra kudos to the drive thru crew, our order was large and frustrating, but y'all nailed it. Keep it up!

The night crew at this McDonald is the absolute best in erie! They are always funny and nice people and the food is always correct (at B least for me everyone makes mistakes but this one is way better then the rest at making food correctly the first time) I don’t care where I am in erie if I want food at night I go to this McDonalds hands down!

Food was not cook threw. Service was sooo horrible. Had explained to the lady that she messed my order up and she gave me a big attitude and said that she didn't care. Slammed the window on me. I went in side and asked for a refund and was told no my order was right and they will not refund me. They kicked me out told me not to come back. All because of the lady gave me an attitude and messed my order up. I simply wanted a refund. Wish I can rate them 0.
The window server was rude and missed a few things on our order . But it was more about the food not being visiblely appetizing. There was condiments slathered on the burgers and it was very greasey like the haven't changed there gloves in awhlie

Chivari's Nest
One of the better McDonald's in Erie. For once, all my food was amazing. The chicken tenders had seasoning and were cooked to perfection. My fries were fresh, and my root beer didn't taste like they ran out of syrup. Whatever you guys are doing, keep it up.
