ok to start with this is a food place please where is the hygiene, the employees are crazy like horses left in a pen, some are doing videos others are dancing and others are on their cell phones there is no customer service they have no control worse than the night shift manager they make the orders as the employee wants and not as requested there are fights between employees.. and then you can go by at dawn and they are all smoking right at the door of this establishment please get your hands on this matter your business will fall soon......

This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I waited 45–50 minutes for my order, even though there were only four other customers in the entire place. The staff ignored my questions and moved as if they had no energy or interest at all

We waited 15 min and had to ask wheee the order was. Quite a few staff in he background just standing around in spite of a lot of people waiting for their food.
Drive thru people were coming in wanting refunds because they too had been waiting over 15 min for their order
There didn’t seem to be any manager trying to organize or speed things up.
Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

I sat 10 minutes at the speaker, with an online order. Now, past 16 minutes and have not even made it to the first window! It's 4+ hours prior to closing, WTH IS THE PROBLEM?!??!?!?!?!

It is now better that they actually have people that want to work and are polite and friendly and take pride in their work . I actually am receiving what I ordered and it is cooked not burnt .

As of January 1st, 2025, the military discount has been discontinued. I guess the franchise owner doesn't care about all the veterans who patronize his restaurants..my family and all of our freinds will be visiting the other three mcdonald's that still offer the discount and will be eating there from now on
