The tall older lady at the window in the mornings has a really bad attitude and she’s insanely rude. Hopefully they change her from the front and put her in the back to make food where she can’t be rude to customers.

I simply do not understand how orders can get messed up repeatedly. I do not understand excessive wait times and food is at best warm and that is being kind. No I do not want a free item next time I come..... I would just like it done right the first time.

I ordered through the app 15 minutes before arrival. After arriving, I waited another 15 minutes and they still didn't make my order. I don't know if it was through the app, but my order wasn't ready.

Ordered the new chicken wrap and the chicken was very small and burnt. Took forever to bring our food out, there was noone in the drive through so they can't use that for a excuse.

You order a large fry and it literally will fit into a small fry Like what even is that? Do you guys like personally pay for the french fries or are you eating them or something? I feel like this is the worst McDonald’s in Erie and it shouldn’t be. Does anybody else agree with me?

We ordered breakfast via their mobile app and arrived a few minutes after 10:30. The staff was very accommodating and still provided us the breakfast we ordered even though we were past breakfast hours!
2 mccrispy sandwiches, one plain one regular the only difference? two pickles!! NOTHING else on the sandwich. Cost? 4.69 each! Are you serious right now????

I think food is getting smaller at McD's Not lovin' it. Also do not understand the price $$ difference from one McD's to another? Coffee...paid $1.69 @ a location..next day at a location 20 miles away.. $2.79???

Not sure what is going on with this location, drive thru was very slow again (20 minutes). Second time here in last 3 weeks and only one window open which means you pay and pick up order at the same window. Numerous cars behind me ordered, waited to pay and pick up food but didn't bother to wait and left. Not sure who this franchisee is but I'm sure they wouldn't be happy. Don't go to McDonald's too often but never at this location again. Great locations once the summer tourists come in and have to wait for FAST FOOD...NOT.

Shake machine has been down for weeks, everytime I go it's we're sorry we don't have a shake machine currently. Fix it!!! Can't be that difficult to get someone in there to look at it.
