I spend considerable amount of money to feed my family of five. We typically like to eat out once or twice a week. I have spent thousands of dollars with McDonald’s in my lifetime. Today my bill was $41. I attempted to mobile order to get the 20%off deal. That would save me $8.20. I put the CB order through the store kiosk. After waiting several minutes for attention at the counter I asked to have my order price adjusted with my iPhone in hand, with a four digit code I was told: “no”, we don’t do that. The manager refused to make eye contact or address me directly even though he was next to the person that I spoke with. This particular establishment is a joke. I will not spend another penny with you. In fact, it’s now my job to spread the word of your poor business practices.

I am a Boomer. I’ll start with that. Fast food is no longer fast food. McDonald’s is not what it historically has been. Primarily due to the service a customer receives. Orders are slow and usually incorrect. Food is acceptable. I don’t know why I still stop at McDonald’s. I’m changing that behavior

The “Atomosphere” here is not good during the mid day hours. I’d say 3/5 mornings 0/5 mid day and 4/5 late day. The kids run the show and have attitudes with you and give weird faces after telling me the price and NOT repeating my order back. I could be paying for someone else meal. They tell you to “pull up first window” without me knowing the price or if I ordered everything I wanted. During the morning the poor people look rushed and stressed. That’s not including the fact that it’s expensive for McDonald’s now. You order one meal and it’s gonna cost 10. McDonald’s used to be the place to go if you had 5 bucks in your wallet. Now it’s 1.59-1,79 for a FOUNTAIN DRINK. This location has been going down hill for a while. Kids run the place and managers look beat.

I am a Nave Veteran. Normally I would get a 50% off discount but they changed their policy to offer "up too" 5.00 off. Then there is another sign below (drive in) that says anything over 10.00 you only get 5.00 off. What they do not tell you is that "specials" do not count, so if you use your military ID you have to pay retail. So, I ended up paying more for my food than if I did not use my miliray ID. I now pay more for their food because I served this country. I will no longer go there and I hope my comrades will not support them either. P.S. The food was cold besides

I went through the drive-thru today at the peninsula drive store. I ordered a double quarter pounder combo meal. When I got home it was a single quarter pounder. The remainder of the meal was accurate. However I paid for the double quarter pounder meal. My advice check your order if you're going through the drive-thru.
