Did it to me again. And they don't seem to care when saying something about a problem. Can't seem to ever get the order right at this location. I will remember to travel to the one on Penninsula drive from now on.

Saw other customers being so rude to the obviously understaffed shift. Most of the staff are younger/ some clear new hires. So sad to see them get yelled at knowing they are probably under a lot of stress trying to accommodate to people who orders god knows how many sandwiches and complain that they have to wait. Even so, they were so nice and polite to me and others that were waiting, apologized profusely for the wait. 10/10 customer service

Went to this location for lunch after donating. Victoria was maintaining the lobby cleaning the tables and engaging with the customers. Exactly the very definition of good customer service. The manager and other staff were highly inappropriate talk very using very vulgardialog in the lobby. Victoria was the one person that was able to convince me to come back
