Spent 25 minutes waiting for one meal. I would have understood for the dinner rush, but there was no crowd or line of cars. Maybe they were low staffed at the time, but hopefully service will improve soon.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Ever since erie became a sanctuary city nothing but garbage food, slow service and ignorant employees. When is the last time you ate fries from here and said man those were good??? 1 out of 25 if your lucky.

This is without of doubt the slowest most incompetent McDonald's I have ever been to in my life terrible service.

Went there really late at night. The employees were fighting so loudly inside the store that you could hear it in the parking lot. Then it spilled out into the parking lot and on employee was throwing the hot water they used to clean the coffee pot at the other.

The entire times and for the 30 minutes I waited after, they never once took a drive thru order. I was at the front, and when I left there were about 10 cars behind me.

Now I know people may be asleep at 2 am in the morning and all, but every once and a while I usually pay McDonald's in Buffalo Road a visit, and on this particular early morning, I ordered a 6-piece chicken nugget with BBQ & sweet and sour sauce. When I got the food back home, it tasted very stale and not freshly cooked as I had requested, so I called and complained but was not rude at all about it. This lady on the phone was very ignorant and rude and had the nerve to click the phone on me, As I said, I understand that it is 2 am in the morning but come on now, that is not right that you guys can't sit there and sell old food to people even if it is early morning, the same way you guys want my money the same way If I request my food to be fresh, it should be made fresh. I WILL DEFINITELY BE CONTACTING THE MANAGER OR ANY KIND OF HUMAN RESOURCES LATER THIS EVENING!

Thought about this for a few days now. Went there around 415 pm. Drive thru was busy. I pulled in the inside lane with a car infront of me that needed to order and more cars waiting infront and behind me in both lanes. So my turn comes and wouldn't you know they skip me. Not once, not twice, but multiple times. Literally to the point where the guy behind me is now mad. The lady said quote" I didn't see you". No the real reason is because I have a donald trump sticker on the back driver side window with his head like he is in the back seat. Lady at the window proceeds to make comments about it and the manager at the next window says " Donald trump must be hungry" when I had two 5 dollar meals for 2 people. The people behind me said it was messed up of them to do that to me. After days of thinking about it I agree. Because I had a sticker my 3 year old daughter picked out on my car I got skipped and ignored. Do you know what that is called? You can answer yourself. I will NEVER be back to this place and the employee hopefully will be or should be fired for expressing her opinion where it does not matter. Do you think I could trust eating that food now? Hope john the owner and management step up.

This location is atrocious. I can't speak for first or third shift, but second shift is horrendous. My husband went through the drive thru tonight he ordered a double quarter pounder and we only got a single, but we were charged for the double. The fries were so undercooked they tasted like raw potato. He couldn't even eat them. The fact that they are constantly trying to get people through the drive thru as fast as possible to keep numbers down is ridiculous. This used to be one of the best locations in Erie. Now it's the worst. Get your crap together!

I pull up at 3:50 am. They tell me it’ll be a 20 minute wait: I say no problem I’ll wait. 15 minutes pass and they say it’ll be another 10 minutes. Please park in the parking lot and come back through in 10 minutes to help with their drive thru times. No offer of compensation. Refuse to use my mobile order drive thru discount code cause it expired after making me wait 25 minutes due to their negligence. What a joke
