It's McDonald's, like a middle aged single uncle who ostracized the whole family. Don't expect much beyond friendly staff. I mean it's 2025, why does your food have 600 ingredients per meal? Why does barbecue sauce have 30 ingredients?

Based on the service at this location, I would avoid this store at all cost. The app is absolutely useless and the staff, and manager, said there is nothing they can do with the app. I was hoping to use the discount within the app but apparently this store does not know about the app or how to use it. Manager was absolutely of no help and suggested I fill out a survey then. And McDonalds wonders why their volume is so low. They just need to visit this location and try and use the app to figure it out.

My husband and I went through the drive-through, and they gave us our wrong order. I had to complain, and then once it got fixed, the bacon on my burger was pure fat. Disgusting....... VERY DISAPPOINTED! NOT SATISFIED

I ordered three quarter pounders with cheese. All three were were raw. Completely red with a little brown on the outside. I had to cook them at home.

I came here for the minecraft movie adult meal toys and was sadly told that there wasn't any anymore. However, 2 employees offered to check the back for the specific ones I was looking for. They didn't find any, but a really appreciated this top tier customer service because they genuinely cared about my experience. 5 stars on food, service, and atmosphere!
Service was acceptable considering it was noon, only reason they didn’t get five stars as they didn’t have the Minecraft movie meal, which was the whole purpose of driving there, so instead of spending 15+ dollars I went with the cheapest meal. Otherwise good experience.

I stopped coming to this location for the same reason I am making this post … I came here because driving by I seen they were busy so I figured the food would be fresh , lol that was not the case .. fries tasted like the were double fried the hamburger patties were dry as ever ! Just horrible service ! I will continue to drive 2 miles to the next one because that location is a whole lot better

Maybe if there was adult supervision there are night the food would be okay. But when you order food and they screw it up multiple times and they only fill your drinks halfway then they refuse to fix it. It would help if the oldest person working wasn't 16 yrs old.
