Had to order thru the kiosk not very user friendly all employees were in the back making food except one who was putting food in a bag. Had to get her attention to get a cup for water. Ordered a bagel thinking I'd get cream cheese. No such luck, only butter available and it was put on by an employee. Toasted but dry. Husband got burritos which were ok per the usual fillings. Saw other people struggling to order thru the kiosk. You can order at the register but have to get someones attention first. I guess McDonald's needs to save a few bucks so they can count their millions.

It blows my mind how I order a McChicken with NO MAYONNAISE and it even says it on the little ticket but still get mayonnaise on the sandwich. This is a frequent occurrence and I never waste my time to leave these reviews but with how awful McDonald’s is I could spend hours typing out problems. You would think such a fast, easy, and convenient restaurant would be great, but you would be wrong and be making a fool out of yourself ordering here like I do all the time. It’s my fault I keep going to McDonald’s thinking one day I’ll be happy. Don’t be like me. Don’t come here expecting happiness

I stopped in to get just a cup of coffee, (an item with the highest margin). I waited for 5 minutes at the register to talk to an employee to place the order. No one even looked at me to come over. The arts of the food prep I could see was a mess. My wife and I just left.

This place is scary! Staff were fighting with eachother one of the cooks walked out. Some were flipping each other off. Food took 45 mins to get and it was incorrect. Many other orders were wrong too while standing there. No one in charge, complete chaos. Poor representation of a McDonald’s for kids! I’ve tried it 3 different times now and I will not go back. Needs a serious staff culture change
This McD’s served us QP w/ cheeses that were not hot at all after they made us wait in the drive through filling a HUGE order for the car in front of us. The knucklehead crew should have made that car pull over and wait until that order was ready and let us pick up our food — which was getting cold for 11 minutes.

Food wasn't good. Hard as a rock chicken, burnt fries, more toppings than ice cream in the sundae and mcflurrys, etc. I don't really expect much from a McDonald's. Especially not a highway location. The biggest problem is the service. Both my brothers and I didn't get cups for our drinks and when we inquired about them, you would have thought we were the biggest jerks on the planet. The, I believe manager, with the bad red dye job yelled at us for not being nicer (my brother spoke loudly to be heard over the noise) and told me to shut my mouth when I defended him. Just an awful experience. I recommend skipping this location.
