Moe’s is one of those places that’s really not bad, a classic meal and easy pickup. I would give 3 stars overall, however the people here are pretty much always super kind and hard working so I’ll give it an extra star for the people!

The ladies who were working on 2/28/25 around 2 p.m were so sweet. I was picking up DoorDash orders and they were so patient and took great care of me! Even offered me a drink to go. The atmosphere was so welcoming. That doesn’t happen very often while I’m DoorDashing. Way to go ladies and MOE’s!

I've always loved Moe's, it has been my daughter's favorite ever since she was a little girl ( 15 now ). This was by far the worst food I have tasted in a long time. Nothing but the fresh jalapeños had flavor. The rice and chicken were bland, over cooked and soggy. None of the " fresh" salsas had any flavor to them and tasted like water. My daughter and I couldn't even finish our meals The only positive about this vist was the queso and special price they had. Highly disappointed.

Service is terrible. I ordered ahead & still waited 20 minutes before getting my food while others ordered & left. The app doesn't allow you to cancel & when I asked to cancel because I didn't want to wait any longer, I was given an email address.

The staff there were awesome. It was my first time there. They were very polite and inquisitive! Prompt in their actions! And efficient in their work. And they all seemed to have worked very together. The was a noticeable kinship among them, which makes the atmosphere fun. 5 stars all the way across. They made me feel welcome , and provided a warm and professional atmosphere!
We placed a to go order and picked it up the evening of 11/25. After getting home, we discovered that half of our order was missing or incorrect. It's extremely frustrating that the cost of takeout has become so expensive, and half of the food is missing. We live too far away to return for the rest of the food. We've always visited the Edinboro Rd location, but it has declined in the past year. We were hoping for better results at this location. Apparently, Moe's is no longer our go-to.

I was skeptical the first time I ever went, but due to employment close to the place, the cheap price and impeccable service, it just can't be beat! Everytime I go the staff treat me wonderfully! Before, after, or during lunch rush, they are always giving the best service. Thanks to the team at the West 12th location for all the great food!!

now not to be a karen but moes on 12th street not the same anymore- i been loyal to that restaurant for years now owner lady n son always been kind to me knew my order type beat & i go to get some today cus ya girl got cramps & its been a hot minute. i order on doordash waiting 25 min (mind u delivery address today jus down the street never waited like that in my life) n dasher messages me like 'yeah ur order isnt here' i say 'uh wdym its not there' hes like 'yeah they didnt make it yet it didnt go thru' i screenshot the damn reciept n say 'show them ur phone of this & ask them to remake' cus that is CRAZY work. a burrito and queso like? he does n they do i get my food in 5 minutes, s/o the manager son for being the one to remake my food even if it was small as hell . last time i made a mobile pick up order months ago n they put it w the doordash pick up instead of the normal pick up spot also so like ?? also 'rails' ? HUH ? going to peach from now on
