The worst experience ever. We don’t live in the area but every time we come to Erie, we stop at Moes. This was the first time ever that me and the family walk in and we were welcomed with attitudes. Seems like none of the employees wanted to work there. Not even a response to what we want when asked. So weird and awful. And to top it off, the food was not as tasteful as before. We were very disappointed. Hopefully someone in management can correct this problem.

Everytime i come to this location and order ahead i have to wait at least 30 minutes after the pick up time to get my order. I understand on busy days but it is every single time.
I am very disappointed. This Moe's used to be our family's favorite place to eat, but we haven't been able to go for a few months. I'm not sure what happened between then and now, but our food was so bland. The rice was mushy, peppers and onions were cut huge and not cooked through. There was no flavor to any of it, even the chicken and salsas. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this Moe's anytime soon.

I come here a lot. Place is going downhill. Every time I go, I get different portions of meat. Wife complains about crunchy rice and you got rid of your salsa for in-house salsa? It tastes absolutely TERRIBLE. BRING BACK EL GUAPO! Also, a few times some of the girls here have had some terrible attitudes that ruin the experience.

I asked the employee how she was and she ignored me and asked what I wanted. She continued to be very unpleasant while I placed my order. They were all out of the seasoned rice. The other employee working was unfriendly as well. She told me the salsa bar was closed and that she had none to give me. I saw the salsa bar was in fact still open after checking out. I was very excited to eat at Moe’s but the experience with the employees did put a dent in my mood.
